John Goetze Physical Therapy - Beaches, Jacksonville Beach FL

My doctor referred me to John Goetz Physical Therapy for issues I suffer with pain in my fingers and shoulders. Who would have thought that my issues were really emanating from arthritis constraining vertebrae and muscles and creating inflammation around the core nueral passages centered in my neck.

I am 74-years old and thought neck immobility and associated aches and pains were simply normal consequences of aging.

Because Goetz is very hands on with half your session working with highly trained PT's who really know what their doing, I have a new perspective that you don't have to live with pain or lose flexibility to ward off these aging issues.

What you can expect is exceptionally friendly people and help including interns who follow rigorous post therapy excercise regimens to teach you what to do to maintain your ability to maximize your recovery at home.

I have been so very grateful for my experience here. Dalton, Zach and Taylor are the most amazing therapists and do way more than exercises.
They do myofascial release massages, cupping, scraping, whatever is necessary for the muscles, joints and fascia. They really blown me away.
Brian, Brentha and Dylan are wonderful exercise technicians, and very informative and personable.
Emily and Joheen in the front office have gone above and beyond for me many times.

John Goetze Physical Therapy Beaches is the best! All of the staff are amazing. They really care about their patients and take a personal interest in your recovery. Booking appointments is easy - the office staff is so pleasant and helpful.
What really sets this practice apart is working 1on 1with anyone of the PT's who are all trained in providing manual hands on therapy followed by 1on 1 personalized exercises with the kindest PT assistants!
Zach is an outstanding PT. He's professional, knowledgeable and passionate about what he does. After my evaluation, Zach set up a treatment plan and has been able to get to the root of my pain. Through hands on therapy and stretching maneuvers, my mobility has greatly improved and my pain has decreased.

I have been doing PT with Alexis and Ritchie and my back has been getting better! They are both very highly professional, skilled and caring.

I was previously at another PT office and i wasn’t seeing the results I wanted. When I came to John Goetze PT I was seen by Mark & Lexi, and it really turned things around for me. They did amazing work and i have fully recovered.

After just one session I slept pain free for the first time in over two months! Zach was so knowledgeable and skilled with his therapy approaches. He knew exactly where my body was out of alignment and applied the perfect stretches and adjustments to get my body back in the correct positions. I feel like I walked in as a Lego creation with pieces in the wrong place and by the time I left everything was put back in the right spots! My mobility dramatically improved by the time I left. I only wish I would have come here sooner! Thank you!

This PT establishment is top notch. Their approach to alleviation of pain and tuning of the body is exceptional. I believe their technique of massage therapy and isometric stretching followed by exercise is unique and very effective. The staff (administrative, therapists and exercise coaches) is courteous, very personable and efficient. Best PT experience I have ever had. Outcome of rehab post surgery of my total knee replacement and also treatment for arthritic condition in my neck and back was very positive. I highly recommend them!

The staff, from front office to patient care, is professional and caring. I was referred to John Goetz PT for low back pain/ piriformis syndrome. After five sessions I was dramatically better and able to resume normal activities.
My physical therapist, Zack Engel, is knowledgeable, caring and awesome.
The office staff worked through a confusing insurance issue that eliminated a very high copay.

I’ve been treated by several physical therapists at John Goetz (before & after both knee replacements), most recently for a shoulder. I have always felt that I was in great hands, being treated with expertise, care & compassion, and always felt safe. They really know their stuff and the rest of the staff is always friendly and efficient. Whatever my next PT need might be I know where I’ll return!

I would definitely recommend! Everyone that helped me was very nice, helpful, and obviously very knowledgeable. I really appreciated that they kept in mind other factors that could be preventing my hip and knee from bending very far. They also helped readjust my tailbone, and it’s doing much better now. The PT’s are amazing. So personal and funny. Exercise therapists make sure you are comfortable but still pushing you to improve. Super easy means of scheduling as you can call or even text. Love being able to see and chat with the lovely ladies in the front too. Highly recommend!

I would not go to any other place for therapy. These guys are great. I have been here for multiple types of treatment. No every time they have helped me. They are wonderful.

I was a patient at JG Physical Therapy for 6 weeks this summer. Everyone there is a professional, and they all work together as a team. They really listen to the patient to determine the problem and do not just randomly give exercises. Their hands on approach is so effective. I had positive results and continue the recommended exercises at home. I would recommend them 100%.

I would like to take this time to recognize the great rehabilitation that I have had from the John Goetze Physical Therapy at the Beaches.

Each visit I am greeted with a friendly face in the front office, who even recognized my recent Birthday.

I have had 7 months of personal rehab on my surgically corrected left hip and have had great results overall. I visit two times a week and I also have exercises they have me do in the office and send home with me. My progress has been exceptional.

The Team of Therapist each have different techniques that have helped greatly. The following Therapists have worked with me, Alexsis M, Dalton S, Mark M, Zack E, Taylor M, After each session is done the great staff of assistance run me through 30 minutes of strengthening exercises that have been very helpful and very supportive.

I would strongly recommend the John Goetze Therapy group for any rehab you may need. I will use them for any other rehabilitation I may need in the future. I give them 5 STARS and as a coach of former Olympic Team members I have some good insight.
