John and his staff have done an excellent job explaining my coverage options, implementing my policy and servicing my needs.
They have also done an excellent job keeping me updated on my policy changes and options.

Called to help a client replace a vehicle on his auto policy and was dealt with a condescending woman that asked clients questions they couldn't hear or understand and when confronted she hung up on her customer. He will be switching insurance companies thanks to her lack of manners and not caring for an elderly customer. Just wanted you to know.

I was able to get the information and assistance, when needed. I liked dealing with a person instead of an automated response system or speaking with a different person when I called with a question.
