Doctors and staff are patient centered and very professional, good bedside manners and they do everything in their power to help the patient to get the right treatment and relief of symptoms.

The one star is for Brenda who is lovely. She is the one shining star in there.
I needed a colonoscopy and got a referral on 4/28/23. My husband, who got the referral at the same time was able to schedule for 5/12/23 with Dr. Theobald. The earliest I could schedule with Dr. Delgado was for 8/24/23 at 8: 30am. That was the earliest I could get because the Dr.does not come in earlier than 8: 30am. The appointment was canceled by him. Things happen.
I was told he was going to open a date for all the people he canceled on, and I was never called. I then called and took a cancelation for 8/29/23, but unfortunately I needed to reschedule because we were evacuated due to the hurricane. I was able to reschedule again for 11/14/23. Again, I had to call. Needless to say I went with Dr. Theobald who saw me on 10/5/23 (I called the day prior) and scheduled me for 10/16/23.
What a mess. Imagine getting an appointment 7 months after your referral and then constantly getting reminders of your follow ups for a colonoscopy you never had.

So unprofessional. I showed up for my appointment and they tell me they I can reschedule 3 months out. Can’t trust them with a calendar cant trust with my health

If there were 10 stars this office and the doctors would deserve top quality and truly care. Dr. Delgado is the first doctor that I found that I have complete trust in. A wonderful doctor and a good person. I have been his patient for 27 years. I have heard people in the office complaining about waiting and sometimes there is some waiting but having a doctor that I can put my life in his hands and not worry about anything IA well worth it! The last CT scan I got the N. P.called the same day to let me know thar she was calling me in meds because I was having a crohns flair up. The same Day!

Dr Delgado and his staff were very professional and courteous.his anesthesiologist was very comforting and confident. Dr Delgado explained the results thoroughly and his follow up care was outstanding. He is a very open, honest and transparent doctor. He cares about your health and well being.

Wonderful office! I saw a nurse practitioner during my first visit who was extremely thorough and who listened to my
Concerns and didn’t brush me off. I was also able to get scheduled in a timely manner. The office staff was very pleasant. I will be recommending this office to all my friends and family! Thank you!

Dr Delgado is very attentive always answers your questions also gives you his personal phone number if you ever feel sick very smart dr wouldn't change him

Called the office needing to be seen urgently for the first time with some issues and the office staff was very accommodating and understanding. The nurse practitioner was wonderful. Thank you for all of your kindness! Great office!

Be aware that this doctor only performs the surgery, you do not meet with this doctor until after the surgery is done and apparently while you're still under anesthesia. When the procedure is done, you're required to go back to the office to learn of the results and the appointment is not with the doctor as again he only does the surgery.
