Bad place to go for mechanical service. They do work without your authorization and expect you to be okay with it. When I contacted the dealership about my concern, the higher-up kept telling me different things that the mechanic did not say. I’ve never had this type of experience with a mechanic and I never will again because I won’t be back! Stop being sneaky John Lee!

I purchased a used vehicle from here and almost immediately had electrical issues with it. I called the dealership to try and work something out because the extended warranty we purchased wouldn't cover the likely issue with the car. After going back and forth for a week or so, the management at John Lee Nissan agreed to diagnose the issue on our car free of charge. The issue ended up being in the battery which they also replaced the battery free of charge.

This is the definition of customer service. They likely could have hid behind the "as-is" portion of this purchase but instead they chose to do what I feel is the right thing and take care of the customer. Not every issue can be resolved this way but these guys gave us the benefit of the doubt and took care of us. Even though it took a little longer than I would have liked, some things just take time, they were able to help us out and make sure that we didn't have a vehicle we couldn't afford to repair and wouldn't be able to use. As such, they have earned our repeat business and I would encourage anyone who needs a car to deal with these guys.

Special shout-out to Justin in the maintenance shop. He treated us with respect and explained everything to us in a professional manner without coming off as condescending. Thank you Justin.
