Drs Morrow and Padeni were exceptional as they addressed my concerns with prior non-Suncoast Management of my hearing loss, evaluating actual hearing issues and directing our plan of action for next steps. Above Fair: First year of treatment: Dr M seemed rushed. If I were elderly or had hard time understanding English, I'd not go to Dr M. Yet his Nurse was timely, and caring. Dr M did refer me to a formulary pharmacy that saves me several $100/mo on a nose spray compound med. Yr 2: I'm considering a 2nd opinion. I asked for printout of my last office notice. In it Dr M stated we talked about 2 optional procedures in addition to the nasal spay he scripted. I NEVER remember him mentioning such. Dr M referred me to an allergist's review to help Dr M assess if I need a surgery. POOR = Dr M also does NOT use the patient portal. Patients can only talk w/ an office state during regular bizz hours. I can't email/patient portal him when I want to, say after my work ours in the eves of on weekends.

Dr. Morrow is great. He gives me his time explaining the procedure, and makes it understandable for me. An asset to Bay Care!

Appreciate all Dr. Morrow's expertise and clear communication over the years. Office staff are always welcoming and willing to answer questions and work with my schedule!

Love this office, Dr Morrow and the Nurse Practioner as well as staff are awesome! Dr. Morrow is thorough and listens, a lost art on Doctors today.
