I have always heard wonderful things about John's Diamonds, but going in for the first time. I was blown away. John takes the time to discuss every detail with you to make sure you are comfortable and understand what you are purchasing. He is very professional but also displays a great amount of compassion. You can tell he really cares about his customers, and I appreciated this so much. Victoria, his sales associate was also very helpful and knowledgeable. Willing to help and assist with any questions I had. I got my wedding ring sized and polished, my fiancés ring polished, and necklace fixed, all within less than a week! The turn around was unbelieve. I will only be going to Johns Diamonds from now on, and if you care about your jewelry and diamonds, you should too!
