Johnson Fitness & Wellness Store, Orlando FL

Our experience with Johnson Fitness has been great. We wanted a good indoor bike. We walked in to Johnson and Matt was so helpful and knowledgeable with no pressure at all. It took us a while to decide but when we returned he remembered us and gave us some more help and advice. Purchase and delivery went smoothly. We had a minor issue with motor noise and Mike came to the house to fix it. Mike was prompt, friendly, knowledgeable and so nice, I feel like I made a new friend. I love the bike and am comfortable and confident that if we were to have any future issues with it Matt or Mike will take care of them for us.

Dylan was great and super knowledgeable about all the equipment and the families needs. Ordered and excited for it to come I.

This is definitely the place to go for your equipment. The store is neat, well spaced out, lots of pieces to try out and select from. BUT MOST OF ALL, Matt and Dillon are incredible. They were patient with me and genuinely cared about me and my needs. Matt even came to my home after work to figure out how they could get the elliptical into my gym area. He measured and measured and told me the guys "can do it". And they did.they brought it in piece by piece and reassembled it. You'd be fortunate to work with them.good luck with your purchase.

Matt was AMAZING. Sooooo incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and truly out to find which treadmill was perfect for my needs. I plan to go back for any future workout equipment I may need! I can't recommend Johnson Fitness and Matt highly enough! I can tell their warranty will be the best of the best due to their wonderful customer service.

I been searching for a trend mill for a little while and couldn’t make my mind up because every time I went to a store I got no help. I finally came to Johnson fitness and wellness and I was helped by Dylan. He gave me outstanding service and answered all the questions I had. Felt very happy with my purchase. Dylan was amazing! He was able to tell me all the details about the different treadmills I was looking at! His customer service skills were the best! I’d recommend this company to anyone in the market looking for gym equipment! The store itself was clean and had a good presence to it! And the treadmill is beyond compare! I’ve loved using it and it is impeccable! 10/10 would recommend!

Dylan was great to work with. He was extremely knowledgeable and was able to answer all of my questions. Johnson fitness has just about every piece of equipment you could ever need, and we couldn't be happier with our home gym. Would highly recommend them.

Very poor attention. — I came to buy a treadmill and the seller did not come to offer me the product, from afar and shouting what do I need?

He comes to this store today because I'm interested in buying a treadmill, but the seller's attention was terrible, he spoke to us from the other end of the store, it seemed that he was avoiding us, my English is not that good, I asked him if he spoke Spanish and he told me that not in a strong tone, he was not willing to serve us I felt discriminated against so to avoid inconvenience I decided to go out with my wife from this store

Matt was very friendly and knowledgeable in helping us pick out a treadmill and upright exercise bike without any sales pressure. He gave a thorough explanation of all of the choices and didn’t try to sell us the most expensive ones. We couldn’t be happier with what we bought and highly recommend Matt & Johnson Fitness.

We are very happy with this store, We went in with an idea of what I wanted but no idea of how to accomplish it. Thankfully Matt, the store manager asked me some questions like, what type of work outs I do and the space I have available and just like that he gave us multiple options, sizes and equipments to chose from. We were in the store asking questions for a long time and you can tell he was very happy to help us. He was very knowledgeable, patient, and always keep us updated on the shipping. Matt Conte was a pleasure to work with. After shopping around the Orlando area I knew that I had a winner and quickly made a deal with Matt. With Covid and everyone building home gyms I knew going in there would be delays but Matt was on top of it and communicated like a Champ!
The delivery and installation was unbelievable and very professional. I was very impressed with the delivery/setup guys. You could tell they have been assembling TuffStuff equipment for years. Very polite and clean. No complaints!
