I don’t leave reviews often but I was so impressed with Johnson Septic, I had to. The team was very responsive to my questions and were able to setup a septic inspection in very short time. The crew that did the work was very professional and knowledgeable and answered all of my questions and then some. Karen was very helpful on the phone and responded very quickly to my emails. I am a VERY satisfied customer and will keep Johnson Septic on my short list of companies to call back in the future. GREAT JOB!

The team at Johnson’s was great! My septic system failed and they found the very best solution to resolve the problem. This is a true family business. I have met and spoken to several of them who work there, and all have treated me well. Taylor came out to check out our property for a septic field replacement, and I could tell as soon as I met him that he was a solid guy. We used the company based on this, and on a key recommendation.

Work was done in a timely manner and quite efficiently, with Taylor's brother doing the key work (with support, of course). I believe his name is Brian. There was no inconvenience to us-we did not have to leave or even have to stop using our toilets while the job was being done.
