4Always prompt professional service! Owner and wife very pleasant and quick to return calls and schedule service. Employees friendly and efficient. Had some loose wiring and I was concerned I would be sold something I didn't need -that didn't happen. Employee diagnosed problems and fixed same day! Very pleased.
9 months later I have an unfinished broken gate that has been paid in full. The owner is none responsive or willing to get to me. Certainly, does not stand behind their work and has left me with no options but to pay someone else to finish and repair the gate. I have never written a bad review. I am only hoping this will help to make sure this does not happen to other customers.
