Was greated my Tara, intelligence, listening skills, personable, and she likes what shes doing. Dr Bokeman was really fantastic, again like Tara great. Through exam and no new changes from my last retinal scan. Received my prescription and was very satisfying to know I was taken care so well. Mr. Frantz keep those 2 at what ever cost!

The actual cataract surgery was great, and very professional, but more than 1.5 years after the surgery I got an extra bill for $840. When I called they claimed they had been sending me bills, but not even the post office is that bad in delivering bills. No issue if they had been up front about costs, but an extra $840.bill after silence for > 1.5 years in unacceptable.

An amazing support staff and an amazing group of physicians.
As skeptical as I am, and after meeting with several other non affiliated cataract surgeons,
I could not have made a better decision.
If you are concerned about receiving the crème de la crème of physicians in the field of cataracts, go no further than Dr. Frantz and his amazing team of consummate professionals.

Love the new facility and as always the staff are just so amazing. There all so kind and compassionate. They truly care about their patients. You feel more like family when you're here.

I am writing for my partner. He says the people he delt with were very kind and efficient but the wait times were totally ridiculous. He would never recommend the place.

I am writing this review without glasses. 2 months post Op for multi focal lens implants. I am the perfect example for any folks that have a phobia of someone touching their eye. If I can do it, literally anyone can. Everyone made me so comfortable and knew my fears. Of course Dr.frantz was amazing but I also need to Thank Dr.johnson at the Cape office for all my follow up visits. I had slight inflammation on my left eye after surgery and she addressed it quickly with some steroids drops and now my eyesight is perfecto! She had super patience with my phobia of getting close to my eyes! Her and the ladies in the office made me feel so comfortable about any concerns and made it a breeze for me. Having my vision back is certainly going to be life changing! My parents had cataract surgery a few years ago with Dr Frantz and I can say that since the new office opened and staffed, The wait time had improved dramatically. Every appointment for my surgery was on time and quick. The longest appointment will be the first for the consultation. Well done!

It is Kathleen Griffin Uva. Yes, just had my right eye operated on
to remove a cataract. This was done at Frantz Eye Care, Gulf Reasearch Lane, Ft Myers, Fla.
From the beginning to the surgery last Friday was unreal, The professional service five star. My WOW factor was only two days after surgery. I can not say enough wonderful things about the nurses and staff. I was in good hands. The day after surgery Lessie and Dr Feder were great. My left eye to be done on the 14th of November.
I highly recommend Dr. Frantz top self eye care center.

I am very disappointed with the treatment I got from your office.my cataract surgery was cancelled twice. I did my pre opt on May 13th and paid my out of pocket payment in full. After speaking with receptionist Jennifer about my disappointment for the 2nd cancellation she told me "don't shoot the messenger. " Not only am I upset about her comment I had to came back early from my vacation when I could have stayed another week with my family as we went to bury my aunt that passed away. I decided that I wanted my money back and had no choice but to proceed with surgery with another doctor, as i was lost faith in Dr. Frantz and his team. I requested a refund, which was paid with cash. I was advised the office does not refund cash. I received a check a month later, less $250.00 for "pre op testing requirements and eye drops" which should have been used the night before surgery. Surgery was never performed, therefore I should be able to return the drops and get a full refund. Cancellations were the result of your office, not mine. I should not be penalized for it. I was told they cannot take back the drops which are still sealed. None of this is my fault, I respectfully request $250.00 which was deducted please be paid to me by check at your earliest convenience. I have suffered added stress, anxiety, pain, loss wages (for taking off days), for surgery and recovery, cutting my vacation short, and unethical and unprofessional receptionist.
I truly hope you will agree to mail me a check for the deductions taken out.
