James came, and was a great and fixed my friends toilet. He was cheerful, polite, and fast to fixed everything needed.plus it was reasonable.

Mike the plumber was excellent. Showed me everything that was done, also great personality which is important. The office sent me an updated email when Mike was delayed. Thank you soo much.

Have used Jones and Sons for years and always great. This most recent time I had a non working garbage disposal and James fixed me up in a second.literally!

I am very pleased with this company. I received excellent service and the person they sent here. He took the extra time to find out what was really going on with my sink. Explained everything to me. My plumbing problems (some actually created by other inept plumbers) were solved and/or corrected professionally and with quality parts. Each step was explained thoroughly and begun only with my approval.and I knew the cost choices before the work began. SO GLAD I FOUND JONES & SONS PLUMBING!

James was awesome! He went above & beyond when he replaced the bottom of my cabinet shelf where the water had damaged the wood. I've used your services for over 10 yrs & have always had excellent service. Thank you for being such a great company.

We have used Jones & Sons many many times over the years (see below original review). We needed our garbage disposal replaced and with the non-VIP rate, we were quoted $800+, the VIP rate which gives you a 20% discount was $760, and if we bought our own parts, the cost for them to install it was $506. The part is $140 at Lowe's and this is an hour, maybe 1.5 hr job, so $506 for labor? This is for a standard garbage disposal that already has all the plumbing and pipes there. I was shocked at this cost. We've had one replaced before by Jones & Sons and it was in the $300 range. I recently learned, Jimmy, the old owner, retired last year. I am not sure who the new owner is, but I can tell you this, this is not the same company. James, the technician, was great and thorough explaining everything, but he doesn't set the prices. I ended up paying the $99 service charge because I knew I'd still save a few hundred using pretty much anyone else. I've since called three other companies with high reviews and the all in costs are all between $300-$375, so I'm not sure where they're getting their prices now. Very unfortunate because this was my go-to plumbing company and I always recommended them to family and friends. Beware, if you haven't used them in the last year, the prices are going to be comical.

Original review: Jones & Sons always does an amazing job. Jimmy is extremely knowledgeable and helpful and even though they are always extremely busy, they do whatever they can to take care of you as soon as they can. Jason came out same day to help fix our issue and did a great job. As we have for years, we will continue to reach out to Jones & Sons for any plumbing needs.

I love meeting the friendly staff at Jones and Sons. I would trust Jones & sons to handle any of my plumbing needs.

James has a great sense of humor and alleviated the worry about two jobs I needed done. He knows his trade and instructed emergency steps that had to be taken before he could finish the work. Definitely will use them again. Highly recommend you give Jones & Sons a try.
