Nothing but the best things to say about Dr. Jorge Gonzalez. I've been going to his office in Sunset for 4-5 years and every visit has been great. Since the moment you walk in his office he asking you about how you are feeling from the previous visit. He takes his time with you, shows that he really cares and works hard to find the right treatment. I feel like I'm in good hands and always recommend him to friends and family.

Yes, you have to wait to see him and I prefer to wait and see him because he takes his time with his patients. And goes above and beyond to make sure you get the treatment you need,

I had a medical condition for years and nobody found it and with only 1 visit he was able to identify it
Now I go to his office in sw miami and is very quiet and perfect. I don’t mind the driving when it comes to see doctor Gonzalez.

I’m beyond shocked at the “positive reviews” for this doctor. Let me tell you a true story from someone who actually worked here back in the early 2000’s. This doctor also shared an office off LeJuene Road with a cardiologist. He never arrives on time, which is why you wait forever to be seen, since appointments are stacked one on top of the other. They don’t see “patients” they see “$$$$$” and often times would prioritize cash paying or better paying insurance vs. Medicaid or Medicare. The doctor throws “tantrums” when he doesn’t get his way in the office. His wife (Vivian), who was the office manager and managed the cash (co pays), would never be in any of the offices. It was evident that they were going through issues and often times the staff would be in the middle of it. She would constantly be calling to gossip and waste the receptionists time (whose name I believe was Mayra at the time). I ended up walking out and leaving this three ring circus for good. Talk about a Spanish soap opera. Hope he learned from all of the madness and that none of this is occurring today, but then again, I wouldn’t be surprised. Proceed with caution.

*****In response to the comments, if I would have been terminated, I would have received pay up until the payroll off date. I had to go in person to the LeJuene office to demand my paycheck, and to this date it was never provided. I quit after the abuse endured. Be sure to create and maintain “accurate records” especially if you are working in the medical field. *****

Dr. Gonzalez has been my doctor for 21 years. He is an excellent doctor that cares about his patients. Knowledgeable. He has patience, good manners and is dedicated. Would highly recommend him.
