Dr. Cabrera if one of the very few Doctors I have found, who are not overly interested in treating the symptoms of ones ailment. He, along with his great staff, will spend time with you.getting to know you and getting to the root cause (s) of your disease. No pill pusher here. Just a hands on approach to healing from both the inside and out. They really listen to you and do not rush you in and out. Yes, you will take responsibility for your lifestyle. I’ve had Dr. Cabrera quite a few years now he takes the time to talk to you to explain to you and to feel your pain so he doesn’t just brush you off. If he doesn’t know the answer, he will find out for you and then will call you personally to let you know I hope to gosh he stays around forever. My significant other also goes to Dr. Cabrera and he has a lot more problems than I have but Cabrera will take the time and talk to him and explain until he knows what’s happening

Being someone with serious trust issues toward the healthcare community due to experiences with Covid, and new to SW Florida, I've been dreading the fact I would eventually have to get established with someone down here. As I'd met Dr. Cabrera at the gym so I knew we had that in common, along with his positive reviews and what I'd heard from others at the gym, I decided to give it a shot.
Needless to say, I could not be more pleased with the experience I had today with him and Tina. It's like these two were tailor made for people like me.
