Jose F. Castaneda, M.D. Obstetrics and Gynecology, Palm Springs FL

Dr. Castaneda is a wonderful physician, who goes above and beyond for his patients. He is very knowledgeable, listens to his patients. I had a wonderful experience as a patient. I had complications and Dr. Castaneda was there taking care of me, providing exceptional care. His bedside manner is incredible. I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Castaneda as well as his office staff which is very friendly and helpful

I'm very selective when it comes to healthcare providers. I found myself in an emergency that required a gyn. Dr. Castaneda was recommended by another healthcare provider. I had many doubts going in, but they went away quickly once I met the doctors. I received very excellent care and follow up. I have been nothing but pleased with the experience and have recommended them to friends who have been searching for a reliable, professional, caring obgyn. I am thankful that I met them!

This doctor is amazing! He is caring, patient, and extremely knowledgeable. He has been practicing for many years and his experience is present throughout the care he provides. I was pregnant and didn't know and I started bleeding very heavily. I went to the hospital and because I lost so much blood and I was bleeding so bad a doctor suggested I terminate the pregnancy. After refusing to terminate the pregnancy after I heard my baby's heartbeat they immediately released me from the hospital (boca west) while I was still bleeding. At the time I did not have insurance and I want to see Dr Castaneda and immediately he called Bethesda (a different hospital) to let them know that I would be coming over with no insurance and as soon as he finished his rounds he would come to check on me. He left the nurses instructions on what test to perform before his arrival. Needless to say, because of my condition I was Hospital bound. He also got a neonatal specialist to monitor me and start preventive measures because the baby was going to be born early. I ended up having my son at 23 weeks he was 1 lb. I can tell you today if it wasn't for Dr castanenda my son would not be born. I went on to have a second child 2 years later. He also took preventive measures. He had me follow a neonatal specialist early on and made sure that I had a cell phone number so that he could walk me through my pregnancy. He treated me like a daughter. He is truly a great doctor and an amazing person. God bless him and his family and his practice.

I went today for a visit that was so bad why? I’m 22 weeks pregnant last night my nose started bleeding all night i’ve Been in a car accident on my 20 weeks I have really a bad pain I wake up the next day I call them at 10: 15 am to make appointment the give me a 2: 00 o’clock appointment at the lake Worth office I get there at 1: 35 waiting for them cause that was lunch times for them when finally get inside the girl told me I have to wait awhile cause I’m not one off the lake Worth patients she have to call Boynton office to faxing her my info in I have 40 patients before me, when I checked Castenada card he have 1 fax # for the both office same phone ️ # I don’t know if you have to be in lake Worth to be treated at lake Worth office when you have a emergency I was on pain during the day my nose never stopped bleeding that really bad bad customer services the Doctor have to change that! I don’t see any signs say if you have emergency you have to be on your city to get treated that really not good. In was waiting for 4 more patients that was before me when my turn came she says to me I’m not one of our patients: we are on 2019 I know the doctor ‍️ only have one system for the Both office I have to go home with my pain hummmm Unfair

This is the most horrible “Doctor’s” office I’ve ever visited. I speak Spanish but I prefer to communicate in English. I had to repeat myself so many times, and then the Doctor just left me feeling confused and concerned. I had no answers this was just ridiculous. I’m trying to make sure I can help whom ever goes there next. Unless you have no choice maybe this’ll work for you, but I’m putting 5*’s just so it’ll come up. I can’t believe how upset I was whenever i left, I got an ultrasound and no response as to hold far along I was no picture absolutely NOTHING. I can’t believe it!

I am his patient for many years and I recommend it to all my friends and family! I love Dr Jose Castaneda, he is very good Doctor and knowledgeable!
