We were moving from Hawaii to Florida and wanted to find suitable home for us in Central Florida. Joe was referred to us by a friend, an agent with Berkshire Hathaway in Southern California. From the moment we connected the first time over the phone, we knew that Joe was the right agent who could help us find the right home for us. After sharing our stories, we told Joe what we were looking for (location, size of home, etc.). He recommended some tips and also referred us to a mortgage agent who would help us secure a VA loan. Due to unforeseen circumstances, we were denied a VA loan, however, Joe immediately sought his resources and introduced us to another mortgage lender. To make a story short, we closed escrow on the originally planned date and we now live on the home that we’ve been looking for. Without Joe’s (and his amazing team) help, we could still be struggling finding our home.
