Dr. Gay offered good advice for returning to Dental office that caused the pain in periodontal disease in my upper gums. I will return for dentures upper and lower.

Great place Dr Gay was a gentleman and very knowledgeable. The staff was courteous and professional.

Unprofessional and unconcerned.phone receptionist rude to my wife when she scheduled my appointment. I get to my appointment and they tell me why insurance isn't active.they give me a card to call back once I confirm my insurance is active. I call my insurance minutes later and confirm my insurance is active which it was, had them fax information to this office. I call back to confirm reschedule, they were already going home, which made me feel like they rushed me out just to go home early.they have not called me back or scheduled me yet even a week later.haven't even met the doctor and already turned off from this location and finding someone else.

I have never been to a Dentist like Dr. Gay and his staff everyone is so sweet and compassionate, thank you and keep up the good work.

My experience was horrible and awful. The only good thing was the 2 assistant helpers. Otherwise my visit was terrible.

Small office so you get personal, on time service. Dr. Gay explains everything he’s doing and everything that needs to be done. It’s my first time here but I’m very pleased and I will continue to be a patient here

Sadly, I had a similar experience with the reviewer kiara Nance. I'm glad I was able to get my tooth out the same day, but I was in pain during the process of extraction. I told the Dentist, I felt him pulling my tooth out, but he claim it was just pressure. I pray that whoever else steps into his office for the same procedure, has the guts to ask for more medication. Hopefully, they'll receive it.

My visit went smooth. Dr Gay and his staff were pleasant and courteous. The communication among staff members was respectful and friendly. The service provided was well done and i left without experiencing any pain.
It is a small practice so it was informal and comfortable.

I arrived for my 10am appointment at about 9: 50am. Within a few minutes I was placed in a dentist chair. A dental assistant took an x-ray of my broken crown that was done by Dr. Gay in February 2022. She was told to take an x-ray of the same tooth 3 more times. At about 11: 15am Dr. Gay examined the tooth and asked the dental assistant to take another x-ray of the same tooth. At about 11: 50am, after Dr. Gay examined 2 other patients, Dr. Gay examined my tooth again. I was told that he would have to get insurance approval to fix the broken crown that he did February 2022. When I arrived, I told Dr. Gay that I wanted a simple cleaning and for him to examine the broken crown. At about 12 noon, I was told that they were finished with me. They did not do the simple cleaning.
