I took my mom for her birthday and we had such a GREAT time! They took their time with instructions and follow through and we learned quite a bit. They had a 'birthday' banner on my mom's target, and a birthday tiara waiting for her as we arrived, how cute! We will be back for the Intermediate class.thank you!

First time at Joseph Steeds Archery and the experience was great! My boyfriend and I took an introductory class and it was fun and informative. Joseph and his wife are very welcoming and super patient. They create a comfortable space to learn and also give a lot of attention to help each student to adjust their poses and techniques. We were also lucky enough to be present for someone’s birthday celebration and they made sure the birthday boy (and everyone else) had a special experience. I highly recommend this for people of all ages who are looking for a new hobby or just a birthday party! We will be coming back for sure!

One of the finest instructors on firearm safety I have ever met. Attended a concealed weapons course at Joseph Sneed's training facility in Clermont FL and his training methods were spot on. His knowledge of firearms safety, weapons use is immense. I would strongly recommend his class to anyone seeking a concealed weapons instructor in Lake County.

Great birthday experience!
Never once did they rush us and were very patience with us beginner's. If your looking for a great outdoor activity, then this is the place.

I have been wanting to learn how to archery for sometimes and I am glad we found Joe. He is easy and fun to learn from. He told us to trust the process and we will hit the bull eyes at the end of class.which we did. Yay. I love the class so much that I am looking forward to intermediate class in the near future. The class is held outside under the shade of the big tree which is nice. Bring bugs spray if you are prone to bug bites from the grass. On the side note, I forgot my sunglass there and it would be a far drive back so Joe was willingly mailing it back to me the next day. Thanks so much Joe and see you soon:)

Mr and Mrs. Steed are, simply put, amazing! They took excellent care of my wife, my two children, and myself. We came out of there with a newfound interest in archery and will be returning. On a personal note, both Mr.and Mrs. Steed made us feel welcomed, made our children feel extremely comfortable and helped them throughout the entire two hour lesson.
Mr and Mrs. Steed stood right by our kids and made sure they had a fulfilling, safe, and educational introduction to archery. We cannot be more grateful.

Had a great experience in learning about my new gun and how to shoot it. Although my shoulders and neck are a bit sore I can not wait to go back for my next lesson!

Went with wife and 9 year old daughter for beginner archery. Joe was very good instructor and reminded us a needed about the finer points. Very casual and peaceful environment. All had a great time.

My wife and I took the conceal carry class. We found Joe very pleasant and extremely informative. My wife had never shot a gun before but Joe put her at ease. I will definitely recommend to anyone that is looking to get their conceal carry license or just looking to learn some proper gun safety.

Joe has a great style of teaching. He is very knowledgeable and thorough- makes everyone feel at ease, especially as a beginner- he made sure I understood and was very patient. Joe’s wife is also very friendly and helpful, they both go out of their way to help you feel comfortable to have an enjoyable experience in class and on the gun range. Highly recommend his class.

I took the Gun Safety Course a couple of weeks ago. This course was incredibly informative and I learned a lot. He is a great instructor and I plan I’m taking additional courses with him!
