8As the service was decent, unfortunately coordinating with the secretary was quite difficult as she wanted to offer her 2 cents on just about everything, rather than letting the customer say and feel how they want. Rather than cutting straight to the point, she, the secretary would rather bicker, go back and fourth, small talk, and actually waste time, rather than figuring out a cars situation. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? The utmost disrespect with how they communicate, I feel absolutely disrespected and disgusted, as a member of the armed forces, I have never seen such condescending and arrogant attitudes at such a workplace, like an auto center. NIGHTMARE, do not waste your time, go to the next people up the road or your cousin.

Joe is always very professional. He has everything running like a well oiled machine. I always go to Joseph's for oil changes, tires and any mechanical issues on all of our vehicles. I recommend him for all yours also. He is very honest and he has the best prices.

I recently lost my longtime auto mechanic. I looked at all the reviews and it looked like this would be a good place to bring my Mother's car. I decided to go in person since it was right outside our development. I asked the woman at the desk if they did the repair I thought we needed. She answered with one word, yes, paused and then proceeded to tell me it won't happen today or tomorrow or this week because "we have just gone through a hurricane and half the country just moved here". I was taken aback by the rudeness of this woman. I have lived here since 1993 and was fully aware of the hurricane and the population increase. She was without a doubt the rudest individual I have ever encountered in a customer service position and the last 3 years haven't exactly been noted for their civility. I wasn't expecting immediate service, I just wanted to know if they could fix the problem since the car was not able to be driven in the rain with the windshield wiper motor out. I wouldn't suggest anyone going there.
