We are currently in the process of relocating to from out of state. This is not my first time moving states. 10 years ago I moved from NJ to SC. In SC my husband and I have purchased 4 homes, sold 3 of them this far. Now moving from SC to FL. We have been in the process for 3 years now. It's been one disappointment after another and we honestly thought what we were looking for just did not exist. I came across a video posted by Josh Sarah Rogers and he seemed very knowledgeable on St Johns County and I told my husband this would be our last try. He connected me with realtor Andrea Ware. In all the relocations, home sales, home purchases, I have never felt in better hands. She has exceeded every expectation I've ever had of any realtor. She has made this process seemless and has done the research for us. She found a house that checked every single box we needed (and at this point my husband and I thought we were looking for a unicorn). Other realtors told us what we wanted was out of reach. I am beyond thankful for her, and her keeping communication open and honest. Andrea alleviated our worry and stress.

We worked with Josh and Emily, and I don’t think it is sufficient to say that this was the best home buying experience we’ve ever had! Val Hardman is the most kind, helpful and patient realtor. She helped our family move from NJ to St Augustine, FL. Adriane was the best! We moved from out of state and she made the process of shopping for a house from a distance easy and enjoyable. She constantly updated us with videos of homes we wanted to see and really took the stress of moving cross country off our shoulders.
