Josh does amazing work. He did an amazing job on a full interior paint of my house. He also does all types of maintenance work in my short term rental and it's always quality work. Amazing job and great communication. His rates are reasonable and I think he has the ability to complete any job at your short term rental, or home and inside or outside work, and small or large jobs. Very reliable. Thanks Josh
