This was my first time buying a home and Joshua was unbelievable at being available at any time, night, day, weekend, he even took my calls on a holiday that he was spending with his family just to make sure that I was assured and comfortable with what was going on with my mortgage. He did my parents mortgage and a friend of mine’s mortgage also, so I knew that he would make sure I was taken care of and any questions that I had would have, would be answered so that I understood what was going on with the whole process.
