Used to get my eyebrows waxed in 5 minutes everywhere else, I was shocked when I went to Jossy Beauty Studio and they were not in a rush to get me out of there in record time. I couldn't understand why they were taking extra time with my eyebrows. Girl, o girl! When I saw my eyebrows, I was able to understand the reasons why. She takes the time to clean the area well, pencil the shape, and then carefully wax them. My eyebrows were a mess before Jossy (and Maria), they have started the reshaping process to where my eyebrows look fabulous without having to paint them every morning. Fully recommended! They treat you as if you are their only customer️

First time and I’ll be back again forever! Selected the new Client brow+tint. And wow so talented Jossy thankyou so much. I really did my research and I’m so happy with the results. When I’m back from my trip I’m going to do lash and tint and my brows again. Her products are awesome I got the entire kit! I will be sending my mother here and I recommend her awesome services! I’ve been a client for almost 2 years. There is no doubt that she is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. She is very meticulous and always does a flawless job. She is a very far drive from me but I still do the trip because I loved her service. You can tell she works very hard to have a successful business. However, as she has grown and become more in demand, she has become extremely strict and uptight about her policies, to the point that is almost unreasonable. If you cancel an appointment with her a day or 2 in advance because something came up or you got confused and selected a different service on accident (there’s a bunch of different options and variations of services) she would get upset. Last time I was there I selected 2 services but during the session my skin was hurting too much because I’m on a medication that makes my skin very sensitive, so I said no to one of the services I had scheduled, and she still charged me for both services. I have always been super respectful to her and her time and I understand she is busy and a business woman and all, but I think that the treatment has to be a 2-way street. I didn’t say no because I simply didn’t want to, it was genuinely hurting my skin. She said I used 30 minutes of her time so she had to charge me for both services, even if I got 1 done. She is still a wonderful eyebrow artist and there’s no denying of that, but it’s those little things that make you lose clients and loyalty. It’s important to have a clear policy around your business but is also important to know when to be flexible and understanding and under which circumstances, especially with clients that have been with her a long time and respect her work. Having a business of that nature requires interacting with people all the time and I feel like she can lose her patience easily.
