I love Joy Nail! They do an amazing job every time I go in. It doesn’t matter who you get your nails done by they are always beautiful

Prices are comparable to others. The people were nice. My only complaint is that I told them 3 times I wanted to extend a few of my nails, and they didn't. So just I just let it be.it was gel over my Natural nail

I had to change my 5 star to one star because they ruined my toes and nails on the day of my wedding. I have been going there and taking others for the past nine years. I called ahead and made an appointment for me my maid of honor and my mother. We were all sat in different places and I was treated in a rude and rushed way while my maid of honor was done so good. The lady working on me was previously rude to my sister and when my sister told me the story I had not believed it but now I do. She actually was hurting my feet and while most days I am not picky about how they look she did the worst paint job ever and took over an hr. Then when I was done she acted confused I too was getting nails. I looked at her and had to reiterate I was the bride about to get married. I had lost confidence in her and her time management so I went with what I thought was a simple manicure. She rushed it hurt and it looked awful. My friend that paid was mad she paid for them but I was getting really upset and had to leave immediately. I had two toes inflamed and a fingernail. It was so bad that they bought me press on nails and I could barely fix what she had done. My group is a bunch of non maintenance gals but it was too awful to ignore. The night after I got my toes and nails done I was awoken by pain in hand and foot. I am super sad to have to find a new spot after so many years but it made a really bad start to my favorite day.

Nam was amazing! He made sure my nails were all the same size, made sure I was satisfied with what I wanted, only thing is I should've just got all black and not tips but otherwise amazing experience and reasonably priced:)

Worst set of nails in my lifetime. I saw many reviews that Emily was great. I called to make an appointment with her but she wasn’t available so she suggested another talented tech. When I arrived they greeted me, I told them of my appointment and put my at a station. Next thing I know I’m being serviced by Henry not my assigned tech. 3 of my nails cracked within the first two days, he didn’t equally dip each hand and the edges are embarrassing to wear. I had to go get them removed and fixed at another salon asap. At one point during the appointment I just started praying I didn’t get cut and he’d just hurry and finish. It was awful! Beware of this tech and make sure you get the tech that can at least polish a nail correctly.

Holly was friendly, professional and gave me the best service. This was my first visit to this business and I truly left loving my manicure and pedicure. The business was clean also.

Worst pedicure I have ever gotten. It lasted all of 25 mins if that and my nails chipped within 2 days. My feet were as rough walking out as they were walking in.

Always a great experience! They take time to do whatever service you ask for and do it well. The staff is friendly and very helpful.

Honestly I’ve been going there for about 6 months getting my nails done and Everytime I’d go in for a fill they’d say some things was wrong with my nails and that I needed to get a new set. I’m not happy with the last couple times I’ve went, I asked for gel one time on my toes and Because they were on such a rush… she gave me regular… The last few times I’ve gone I’ve really been upset when I left.not to mention she forgot to give me hot rags.

Mindy is awesome! Takes her time and gets my nails perfect every time. Nam is a master at making my eyelashes look natural. They are just simply amazing!

Came in for a pedicure and got the deluxe which is priced at $37 and whenever I went to go pay (I did get gel) they charged $57, so a whole $20 for gel. They tried telling me that because I got the deluxe pedicure the gel was $20 instead of $10. I’ll admit I came in with some crocs, but we all know after getting GEL it would be ok to put those on afterwards. I get in my car and realize the gel polish was all bubbly and there was a whole part of it smeared. Of course I went back inside and they had no problem fixing the issue but still, After paying $20 for gel the least to say is I shouldn’t have had to go back in after a “deluxe pedicure”. Not coming back here again which is unfortunate because I’ve been coming over here for the last 4 years.

Super satisfied with the job the young woman did there (lavender & yellow, ambre, powder dip, full slender coffin set) *this past weekend*

10/10 recommend Emily, after leaving the salon with smudged nails, thick dip French manicure, bleeding cuticles, and horribly shaped nails, Emily stayed an extra hour and half to fix my nails and had me leaving satisfied. Mindy initially did my nails and I was not satisfied one bit, if Emily is an option choose her or come back another day. She takes the interest in making sure that the customer is left with nails that are worth taking to an event, rather than something that needs to be redone. I had to go back and Emily took the effort to take off my full set of manicure and to redo the dip set for me even after closing, 100% recommend Emily!

After not going here for a while I decided to go today. They did not acknowledge me when I came in and I sat for about 15 with nothing said to me. I signed in and nothing. They a group came in and was immediately acknowledged. Still I waited and nothing. More people came in, acknowledged a d asked how they can be helped. After 20 minutes of this and watching unmasked customers I left and went to another shop.
