J&R Bicycles BMX Superstore, Largo FL

I needed new pedals they came as ordered and on time after I paid 20 extra for 2 day service the pedals according were missed marked and were reversed screwed I called up. They said return policy online. 15 day to get back to them or no return paid 13 $$ to return 80 $$ pedals and now refusing to return $$ and will not send back unless pay shipping. BOTTOM line they are brick and mortar retailer do not do business with them on line. YOU have been warned

Purchased a $ 1300 haro bmx race bike from J&R that had freight damage called and reported it.was told I had to fill out a claim and send pictures which I did. I still haven't heard nothing back that was 3 months ago do yourself a favor and take your money elsewhere Customer service here is the worst

I bought a bike the yesterday that didn’t have a seat post clamp and I just so happened to show up during their renovation, the guy told me they were closed but as I went to walk away he asked what I needed and didn’t hesitate to to look. Glad to say they had one and as I was leaving he informed me of an easier way to get my parts, deff.coming back.

I ordered some Shimano XT pedals for an unbelievable deal and was just waiting for nothing to get shipped or get sent a bogus item but I received exactly what I ordered in the factory packaging.
The topper was i ordered the pedals mid Tuesday and I received them mid Thursday. From FL to AZ in two days.these guys are on top of it! I will be watching for sales and ordering from them again for sure.
