Christina R.was excellent! Just moved from out of state, and it was such a great DMV experience. She was patient, positive and light-hearted, and took care everything in good time.

Wow! Dealing with this Tax Collection office was an amazing experience! I had to drive quite a bit to get here, but it was well worth it. I was able to update my registration from my car and the staff was friendly and helpful. Thank you!

I have had the pleasure of working with Christina R twice. She is the most professional, friendly, and patient DMV person I have ever encountered in the 40 years I have interacted with the DMV in 5 states.

This is the fastest dmv I’ve ever been too. I brought my book and coffee to wait and took two hour off of work. Just to be in and out in under 10 minutes. Not only that but the safe is friendly and helpful I went on Tuesday to ask questions bc this is my first time registering my car in Florida. I owed money for tolls and the girl in booth #3 was so helpful and gave me numbers and fax number to resolve my issue so I could come back on Friday after I had paid the tolls. The gal at the front counter also very pleasant I’m so happy I picked this location to go too.

Christina was detailed, friendly, and wildly efficient. Promote her immediately! Such a great experience.

Thanks to Christina who helped me with getting my permit test. She was super quick super nice. She also had a figurine of a sloth which made me think of the sloth from Zootopia. A+ for that.

Went in today to get my daughter’s permit. I wasn’t as prepared as I needed to be. Christina was super helpful and I didn’t have to go home to get paperwork. She saved the day and made my daughter’s birthday that much better. Christina was patient and kind and I appreciated all the help she gave us.

Christina took care of us and explained everything very thoroughly. This is the least worse dmv.

To be honest I was not looking forward to spending time at the DMV.
That being said I was pleasantly surprised to walk into the Winter Springs office.
Thankfully I checked directions to find the office had moved.
Upon entering we were greeted and given clear directions as to how to get our task accomplished. Announcing the numbers outside allowed us to enjoy the beautiful day and have a private conversation.
The star of the office was Quethsi! She was absolutely hands down the nicest staff member! She greeted us warmly and showed empathy when we had to find missing needed information. Her attitude of respect and value l was so much appreciated. Thank you Querhsi for a wonderful experience!

Christina was very informative and efficient. Highly recommend to set appt before going. Facility was clean and well lit. Pleasant experience and will use again in future.

I had an above and beyond experience today at this DMV. I am kicking myself for not writing down the name of the extremely nice woman who assisted me, but if my memory is right her name is Yuly. I came in to renew my license, however, my current one I needed to hand to her was stuck in the sleeve in my wallet and I could not get it out for the life of me. She offered to help, really worked hard at it and managed to get it out. I was so grateful for that I’m like there’s got to be a survey or something I could do to express my gratitude. So 5 stars all around for Yuly! (Really hoping I remembered her name correctly though).
