Refused to work on my bike just because I had a rebuilt ecu I won’t recommend any of my biker friends here place acts like they are a dealership with a warranty that was messed with smh would give 0 stars

I wanted to take my bike here I’ve communicated with her left two voice messages and texts messages because we talked about me bringing my bike there as I am a truck driver so when I was ready to bring it she blocked my number and I called from another number and I was telling her when can I bring it and she just weird fully just hung up on me. Not good busines and customer service at all I wouldn’t trust her.

Excellent service. Your $200 deposit gets you a very thorough examination and diagnoses of each and every thing needing attention on your bike. You can choose to have everything done with a discount included, or pick and choose Ala carte the things you want to take care of first. Each issue and the cost of each thing are clearly outlined in the estimate. She uses top quality oem original parts where available and can actually get some things that are difficult to find. I'm thinking she said both parts and labor are warrantied for one year. I'm finding the level of skills and knowledge to be far beyond most other shops in the area. You want her to do your bike, she only does it one way - the right way. You best go by the bank and get your wallet right x3 first. Of course excellence comes at a price. However with that being said, I took my bike to two other places and was left with a gas dripping issue. She identified the cause, redid my carburetors, and I will definitely say that my bike runs extremely well now. She helped identify that the metal accelerator pump cover was damaged by the previous shop, I brought a replacement one, and she switched it out on the spot for me. I've noticed some other small nice touches she did like putting proper wire terminals on my alarm box wires at the battery and coating some of the terminals with dielectric grease. Also a nice extra inline fuel filter added. I like the peace of mind knowing that it was taken care of and done right. Worth every penny. I'm back in the wind and all smiles

This was a blessing to find this place. Staff was courteous and informative and very friendly. I can't wait to bring more of my motorcycles to them.
