Juicey's Juice Bar reviews
16Done giving this place second chances. You simply don’t get your moneys worth out of this place anymore. A couple years ago my wife and I used to love coming here. The last several times the smoothies have been more ice than anything else. They’re extremely watered down with little flavor which is extremely disappointing when you pay almost $30 for 2 smoothies. If it were a one off instance and it could just be remade quickly (it won’t be, the service is incredibly slow) it wouldn’t be such a big deal. But their quality has been consistently slipping. Coming here just feels like throwing your money down the drain. Very frustrating and disappointing.
Smoothies are good, but they really need to focus on their customer service. We got eye rolls when we walked in by the girls working who were sitting down. None of the girls greeted us or said anything when we walked in. She just stood over the register staring until we told our order. No verbal acknowledgment was made. She just walked away.
Then while making the smoothies they were talking distastefully about high school drama or whatever. Just a bad look for the business. If I was the business owner, I would be disappointed on how careless they treat customers.
Fresh tasty and healthy. Great alternative for a junk food lunch. So many choices! Yummy!
Absolutely perfect!
First time stopping by this place and had a great experience with the owners. Really friendly and attentive people. Honestly I would ignore the 1 star reviews just to say that it’s out dated from old workers. All the people were hands on deck and very punctual with getting the order on time. I had the açaí bliss and my fiancé got the cranberry blues. The açaí bliss is a very tropical flavor (Loved it) and the cranberry blues is more tarty than sweet but that’s ok and still taste great and fresh. I had the ginger chicken wheat wrap and it was something different than I normally get but honestly was impressed with the outcome. It was both light and delicious.
Thanks for the great experience guys!
Product was good but I came in with 3 people working and sitting at the bar. I was the only person there and it took 4 more people to come in before they actually started making my order (which had already been placed). Absolutely no customer service.
Awful customer service here, my boyfriend and i came in and the dude in the white shirt taking our order was very unprofessional and rude to say the least. No smile, no greeting. Just blank stares. Other worker was very kind and had great customer service.
The owner was very nice and helped me picked a smoothie. Doesn’t hurt that he was cute I got one with peanut butter and banana and he added chocolate whey, very good
My husband and I got the pink dragon drinks. It sounded amazing, but it's literally the worst smoothies we have ever had in our lives. It's mostly just ice with no flavor. The ice isn't blended well and the flavor is so bland. It's honestly hard to drink. I don't think they put any pineapple in because there is nothing sweet or tangy. We are shocked that a smoothie could taste this horrible. Slow service too.
I had a beautiful experience here. The guy helping me was super awesome and nice and he was very talkative and cared about what I did and didn’t like and he was very knowledgeable! I wish i would’ve gotten his name but i’m pretty sure it’s the owner i was talking to.
Went in here today horrible…. Took 27 min to make a smoothie I ask the guy why is it taking so long? And a young employee that was in the back thought it was appropriate to come from the back yelling HEY, HEY I said please don’t “ hey hey” me he says “ ok I’ll just say hey once then “ (You don’t even make any sense) it will be done soon …. The best part is …. The employee is vaping in the store while he is saying this the health department will love to see that. Then the lady next to me said she been waiting 30 minute for her order and the guy helping her she said picked his nose twice again health department gonna love this! Remember something without customers you don’t have a job. Get professional! And stop vaping inside where you serve food
Vacationing and couldn't bring my juicer. Juicey's is amazing! The Detox juice recipe is almost the same as mine.the owner adapted it to what I wanted with a smile. So informative of the health benefits, too. Quality ingredients make a huge difference. I ordered a gallon and will probably be back for more before returning home!
The worst service EVER! This guy was vaping and wiping his nose with his hand and making another people’s food so I was so mad I eating over 40 min away due and so nasty
Imagine waiting 45 minutes for an açaí bowl with only one order ahead of yours.
Mildly irritating to say the least.
Took 30 minutes to make 3 mediocre smoothies. There were no other customers and we ordered immediately upon entering. Our orders were taken and then the employees disappeared outside/back of house for 10-15 minutes before returning to finally make the drinks. Not worth the time or money.
Great customer service, fresh pressed juice was great. Reasonable pricing. Was even given a complimentary ginger shot to try.
Never had a complaint about this place until my last visit. A younger staff member took our orders perfectly fine, until a few minutes later someone (staff, assuming manager/owner) came in with a nasty attitude towards him. I don't know what happened but regardless you do NOT need to yell at an employee like that IN FRONT of your customers. Whatever he did can't look as bad as that does. However you want to discipline or better train your staff isn't my business, neither was any of that conversation. It's incredibly unprofessional to not keep that kind of stuff behind closed doors. I also want to point out that other customers came in during this yelling tantrum and were forced to wait to order until the yelling stopped. After 20+ minutes of yelling at this kid and complaining about him on the phone, we finally got our food. It was great as always but waiting for it was super awkward considering the situation.
