6Told me my 8 year old son was constipated and sent us home. My child had horrible pain in the rib area and would not eat. Did not do blood work, only an x-ray. That night, my son was running a fever of 103. Took him back to the doctor the next day to see another doctor, who this time listened to my concerns and ordered a blood test. FIVE hours late, we were in the ER, and my child was diagnosed with cancer. That blood test SAVED my child's life. Dr. Lacey must have thought it wasn't necessary. Never apologized. Instead, he started calling, asking me to bring my child in so he could give him vaccinations. After the hospital told us No. If you go see this man, GET A SECOND OPINION!
Dr. Lacey is an excellent pediatrician. He is always very thorough, knowledgeable, and explains things very well to his patients' and parents. I highly recommend Dr. Lacey.
Dr. Julian Lacey is the best Doctor He is kind, patient and humble. What a great human.
It was a very pleasant experience the facility was very clean the doctor was excellent the staff could be more friendly
Waited for two hours for a clinician who we didn’t even go to see. Asked the front desk many times when we will be seen and we got the same answer, you’re next’ which was evident that we weren’t. It was noticeable that we have been waiting for a long time- not until the 2 hour mark did one person in the front say you haven’t been seen yet!
Then I was put to see another clinician and I did not like him at all. His bedside manner was horrible. I do not want to see that clinician every again.
Some of the staff need to be better trained in customer service. I did not have a good experience with a phone call from your Sheridan office with an employee' by the name of Bonnie. Her interaction was abrasive. I'm very disappointed in the way in which she handled the call and recommend review and training.
