So happy with Julia's Spaw! They are so good with our tea cup Yorkie that suffers from tremendous anxiety! They are excellent and I highly recommend them!

We have been using Julia for several years now and she always do an excellent job on all (6) poodles that are in our family!

I have been going to Gabby for 2 years plus.recently, actually the day before my dogs appointment I was receiving messages from Julia's pet spa. Just then was I was told the business had been sold. Well! Congratulations Gabby! I was told that Gabby would be there to cut Bleu.there's no way his cut wasn done by Gabby. I will not be back. Good Luck! Shame on you Gabby!

Excellent and helpful staff! I'm a first time dog owner and have been looking for a groomer for my 13 month old Bichon Frise. The staff had a book with cuts and illustrations of hair lengths. They also understood what a Bichon head should look like and have started the pattern for his round head. They offered helpful grooming tips and I set up his next appointment on the spot!

I have been taking my dog Georgia to Gabby since she opened her Dunedin location over two years ago. When I first started taking Georgia to Gabby, I could call in the morning and get Georgia in on the same day and as time progressed, it would be within the same week and then within two weeks and now you have to book appointments 3 to 4 weeks out! That is a testament in itself of how wonderful this place is and how fast she has grown. It is always a pleasant experience. The shop is always a calm environment and very clean. I am always happy with services that Georgia receives. In fact, I recommended Gabby to my granddaughter for her 8 month old Yorky puppy Luis.when Luis was dropped off for his first Groom, he was matted pretty badly as it did not take long for his hair to grow out pretty long and get out of control really fast! Unfortunately, Luis is not very well behaved at the groomer, and he gave Gabby a really hard time and had her scratched up pretty badly. But as always! Gabby was very kind, loving and professional about the whole situation. She did the best she was able to do considering he went from a super sweet, cute, 3 pound puppy into a wild cat. We took Luis home, cut pretty short because his mats were to the skin but he was clean soft and had to feel100% better but Gabby took the time with me afterwards to explain everything that happened and how we could talk to our veterinarian about medication to give to him before coming to the groomer again so that it’s not such a traumatic experience for Luis or the groomer. Also, just a sidenote, Gabby requires all shots. Be up-to-date for your fur baby to be groomed at Gabbys Pet Spaw… which makes me feel good to know that all of the pets that are groomed at Gabbys Pet Spaw are also up-to-date on their vaccines and are healthy when they visit. Therefore, I know my baby is not exposed to an unhealthy environment. I would definitely recommend Gabbys Pet Spaw for all your grooming needs.

Had appt for 245pm. Said they wouldn't be able to get to her until 30 min when I showed up at 237pm. Due to the previous neglect Macy cannot wait in a cage. She said I can come back in 30 min. What's the point of making an appt if you are going to stick her in a cage and tell me you'll be ready for her in 30 min.

Edit: you said it would be about 30 min before you were able to get to her. I also did say on the phone when scheduling that I would be staying there until she's finished like last time. I was told that was fine. Most every salon has cages thats why i let them know that i will stay there with her. When i asked when will you be ready to take her back you said come back in 30 min, that also means that you would be ready for her in 30 min which would have been 30 min after my scheduled appt. You do great work with the dogs, I do not have the time to wait around 30 min for you to "take her back" and then start on her. I expect her to be taken back within 10 to 15 min of my scheduled appt.

The first time I had my dog there was a great experience. But this time was to be honest completely humiliating. I made an appointment online and will own up to the fact that I absolutely made the appointment on the wrong date. When I went in on the day that I thought it was supposed to be I was informed that there was no appointment available that day. I asked her if there was anything available that week and she told me that they were all booked up.

All of that would have been understandable. However she didn't offer me another day that was available or try to help me with the situation. She instead asked if I wanted to keep the date that was a month away and I told her that I wasn't sure. I have a very busy schedule and was planning on checking my calendar when I got back. She then told me that I needed to tell her as she has a lung cancellation list and somebody else could fill that spot.

While her request was reasonable she was extremely short and tone. She made me feel like I wasn't a valued customer. And was instead a nuisance. I rearranged my whole day to make sure I could get my dog there and she didn't have 5 minutes to try to and help me fix the situation and show me the available options.

The absolute best groomer there is! Gabby is professional, knowledgeable, experienced and kind. You can tell she loves what she does and my pups are always excited to see her! Always looking beautiful when they get pampered.

My dog had his first appointment with Gabby yesterday, and it was the BEST grooming experience we've had since we rescued him 5 years ago! I'm just sad it took me this long to find her! I've been to every single groomer in Dunedin and have had the worst luck.everything from my dog getting a bacterial infection from dirty tools to one groomer calling me to tell me they LOST MY DOG which ended up being a 2-hour long nightmare and one of the most upsetting days of my life! I love that Gabby has a mini groom option which is exactly what my pup needed. I'm used to grooming appointments taking 3-4 hours (and my dog being terrified when I pick him up) but he was done in about 30-45 min. He looks SO CUTE and smells good too! Instead of shaving our dog bald like every other groomer, Gabby knew exactly how to trim his facial hair so that he still looks like a terrier. We can't stop smiling at our sweet Ziggy.he just looks so darn cute!

Highly recommend! Happy with the service I got. I don't normally trust groomers with my dog but Maggie was happy after coming come. I like the staff there. They're friendly and the place is very clean.
