I called on a Thursday to make an appointment for Friday and when I get to the appointment they tell me my appointment was for Monday. Person picking up the phone and making appointments for this business is very unorganized. When I got there they were not wanting to accommodate nor excuse themselves for their mistake make sure when booking an appointment with this business you get the name of the person who booked you correctly. Otherwise well hygiene is all I can say

I called to find out if the salon offered braiding services and couldn't get a straight answer

I went in for a cut and asked for an inverted bob. I explained and she said she got it, didn’t ask for pictures or anything. She washed my hair and started cutting. Cool. We went over the length of front vs back and got that settled, but she started cutting layers where there shouldn’t have been any. Instead of a straight line inverted bob, I have one short layer and a long one with one side longer than the other. She only really made sure both sides were the same length once. My anxiety kicked in and though I saw it wasn’t a good cut, I couldn’t confront her or tell her it wasn’t what I wanted. I had told her it’d be fine if she didn’t blow dry or style my hair afterward since I’d be washing it right away in the AM anyway. Well, she cut it and that’s it. All the little pieces of hair that got stuck on my neck and clothes she didn’t even try to remove them. I was covered. So even though I was to run errands after, I had to run straight home and shower to get all of those off me. There was no attempt to be friendly or have conversation, which is fine, but she sure made to look at her Apple Watch often. Not only was the cut bad, but there was zero cleanup/care afterward. I’m highly disappointed because now I have a terrible haircut I have to pay again to get fixed. I had high hopes given the reviews it has, but they did not live up to my experience.

Today was my second time getting a service from her & I love how my hair came out, she is very patient & professional. Passionate about what she does, did the Keratin treatment and so far I love my results.cant wait to see how my hair would look in a week after I wash!

She did my grandma hair and it supposed to be red and it Orange and other color she not the best I will not recommend you coming there

They strictly follow Covid rules even giving you new mask when yours gets wet, only seeing persons by appointments, there work is remarkable your hair will last over a week if you let it straighten but of course you have to wash your hair. Very friendly but follow guidelines for Covid which is very impressive.

I’ve spent YEARS in this area trying to find someone that understands multiracial hair. This place is the one. No matter which stylist I get, my hair is soft and straight and beautiful. They do a fantastic job, and at a really good price. I will keep coming back here and would recommend it to any ethnic folks looking for a hair home!
