We had a great experience. I rented at the last minute and they were friendly and willing to accommodate. They came early and left it until the next morning so the kids played on it forever. It was a great water slide with slip and slide attached. Service was great. The delivery drivers were very friendly and willing to accommodate our requests. Thank you Jump for Fun!

Under new management last 3 years! They have amazing customer service too. There were so many great choices to pick from! We got BEST & biggest water slide ever! We also ordered the cotton candy machine which was a big hit! Thanks Jump For Fun for making my party so special! 5 stars plus! ️️️️ ️

We love Jump for Fun. 4th of July was our third time renting from them. We got our triple typhoon waterslide the day before and picked up the day after. We had so much fun, even us adults started challenging each other.

Do not use this company. I had a party from 11-7 on Sunday July 2. I called them the evening before to see when it would be delivered and they said they were trying to figure all of that out. Next morning- nothing. I had to call them 5 times to get ahold of someone and at 1045am they tell me the driver will be at my house in 5 mins. They don’t even apologize that they were not there before the party time. They don’t get the slide set up until 1130 and of course then the pool has to fill up for the kids. So for a 11am party the slide wasn’t ready until 1145. Very poor customer service. I didn’t read the reviews before I used them and regret it so very much. Poor communication, most companies call you the day before and tell you their plan for delivery and most of the time they bring the slide the night before. I will never rent from them again

Disappointed. Great price, but the driver told us the double water slide jumpy shouldn’t be a problem on the concrete; that was far from the truth. Nothing was placed underneath, and every kid refused to ride it because it was too painful when they got to the bottom of the slide. When I complained about the issue and asked for another day, they wanted to charge me an additional $75 for the driver's fee. It wasn’t how I wanted to send my kids off and their friends for the summer.

Hello, I have used this business for over 20 years. Our son is 21 and our daughter is 9. I have never used any other company. I love their prices, service, and choices of bounce houses. I have never seen any other company with the variety that this company has for bounce houses. We have never had any issues whatsoever. We have always received the best service. They are excellent and I do not ever see myself using any other company for my birthday party bounce houses. I have called them at 8 at night and they answer, if I have a question about something. The staff is always friendly and they are of their word. I like this company and recommend them. Thank you

I wish I would’ve read these reviews before booking this bounce house company. Set up was confirmed to be 8 AM - 10 AM. Our daughter’s party was to be from 10 AM - 1 PM. When it got to be about 9: 30, I called and the person on the other end (I assume to be the owner) seemed to be fumbling through their orders for today. Said the driver got backed up at the set up prior to ours and would be there a few minutes before 10. The person also told me that I should make sure with the park that we were at a shelter that allowed bounce houses because they may need to move us. Telling me this the day of the party, 30 minutes before the party is supposed to start? Wow. This could have been mentioned when I booked the bounce house. Bounce house was not delivered until 10: 45. Tear down was to be between 1 PM - 2 PM and, per the contract, we were not to leave prior to the bounce house being torn down. My husband stayed behind to ensure someone was there while I brought our two, young children home for naps. Bounce house was picked up at 2: 45 PM. Communication is lax with this company. When I’m paying good money for a service, I like for the company to do what they say they will and if they can’t, communicate with me about why not.

Had a great experience with Jump for Fun! They had great communication and brought the equipment a day prior which was very helpful so that we could set up promptly before our party. Chairs and tables were of decent quality, got the job done. No complaints!
