We have had a few really bad experiences with Slab2shingles. I asked the woman watching my house to meet my cleaning lady, and let her in while I flew into Naples. 2 hours after they were supposed to meet, my cleaning lady called me, saying no one met her. When I landed, and arrived at my house, my lock box was open, with the key gone, and my code exposed, not scrambled! We had to change our locks and our security code. The 2nd bad experience just happened 2 days ago. I received a bill for $170 for the last 3 months. Since I know I've been at the house, never leaving during the quarantine, something was fishy. I asked AJ, the owner if he could email me the worksheets from the days that the worker supposedly visited, and he got very defensive and nasty, having the nerve to tell me I was wasting his time, and that the software hasn't been working during cover-19! WHAT? How could he bill me without any proof of visits? ! Imagine if I hadn't been here. I would have been billed, and the scary thing would have been that my "house watch co. " had never even watched my house for 3 mos! The most outrageous end of the conversation was that the owner said he decided to cancel me as his customer! Is business that great that they can afford to treat good customers like that? Outrageous!

A. J, the owner, sent a great team, Tyler & Roma, to inspect our condo. They were very detailed and provided photo documentation with descriptions of issues found. I had the report that day. The Radon & Mold took a few days which was fine. I was able to share it with the seller and a contractor to deal with issues. Thank you Slab-2-Shingles Team

Solid company

My wife and I are in the process of purchasing a Home in Naples with multiple structures based on the advice of our realitor we contacted slab to shingles. Not Sure what to expect we could not be more pleased with the results.they were prompt and ontime and did a very thorough job, even finding things we missed after two walk throughs.i would highly recommend AJ and team they did an outstanding job.thanks!

Slab to shingles is the best and I highly recommend to anyone looking for home services

Used them for a property I bought and found a lot of issues once I moved in. From electrical issues, windows mechanism not working properly, broken and clogged drains, faulty tub spout, microwave door broken, garage door motor not fully functional, sliding door needing service and repair, just to name a few. Their incompetency has costed me a lot of money. I am a very unhappy customer and would advise you to stay away.

Please “NEVER” use this company. “AJ” owner and his staff are the most unprofessional company ever! The inspection was highly flawed, leaving me with costly repairs the first day we moved in. Numerous calls placed to him upon which he hung up everytime stating “dropped call”. Please tell your Realtor to remove him from list of available Inspectors. Read other reviews and make note of his response time.
