I called a competitor about tabletop restoration. I left numerous messages. I texted numerous times. Finally, I received a response. The response I finally received was if the marble refinisher finished his job, he would come by, but he would let me know. He never called, never texted, never set up a date. I persistently tried to get a response and a commitment on a date and time. At one point, he contacted me and told me he would be by that week. He never called or texted-just never showed up. After another week went by of the same, I then decided to call Classic Marble. They immediately responded back within the hour, set up an appointment, and came out and did a FANTASTIC job. HIGHLY, highly recommend Classic Marble. Great communication, very professional, fantastic restoration on a very old piece of marble that is probably 60 years old.

Devin was very knowledgeable, prompt and delivered as promised. Our limestone floors were beautifully restored by his team in two short days. They took care of moving and replacing all the furniture and rugs, as well as cleaning up edges afterward. My husband and I are so pleased! We would recommend them without hesitation.

If you are looking for a professional, polite and expert group to do your stone work, Devin and his team are the best. After an initial visit to determine our needs which was a combination of restoration and polishing, we received our estimate within hours. We agreed and scheduled a date. His team arrived and they were beyond polite, respectful, hard working and made sure no dust or residue got in any part of the house it should not be in.

When they were done, the marble floor were pretty much what I had expected. However, our granite countertops that were 25 years old with which I had a low bar of expectations, came out mirror quality and probably better than new.

Carlos walked the job after everything was completed to make sure there were no call backs. He saw a couple places I could not see and immediately took care of them.

Incredibly pleased and we have already set with them to come back in 18 months for a standard maintenance polish.

Wow! I’m very impressed with CMR. My high polished marble flooring had worn down in all traffic areas. Classic was able to make my tiles shine like brand new. I can’t stop looking at it! No job too tough for this team! We just moved into our home about a year ago. The home has beautiful travertine flooring but it had been neglected for many years. We thought we would have to replace the flooring throughout the entire home until we called Devin from Classic Marble Restoration.
