Owner will follow you around the store, watching you like a hawk. Don’t know if she thought my elderly family would steal or break something. Just made us feel unwelcome.

I can't believe I just received a $100.00 picture frame for my birthday and when I opened box it was broken and she wouldn't return it! Said they don't repair frames. Terrible customer service. I
