Justair Blowdry Bar Weston

This was my first time here, I chose this place because it had easy appointments online and reasonable cost for a blow dry. I walked in I must’ve got lucky by getting Deanna she was super professional, loved her work I was in and out and my hair looks beautiful. Definitely a customer from now on

Love getting my hair blow dried at justair. It’s always on point, all the stylists are great. It’s quick and convenient.

The one star speaks for itself, but everyone is different. This is Not an establishment that I see myself working for ever again. I will say if you're a Stylist looking for longterm this isn't it honestly it's more of a temporary build up a few clientele type of job and I say JOB not CAREER. And we as Cosmetologist Matter! They only market the Manager which is a Stylist they don't market any of the other Stylists that are there and All of them are amazing. I honestly feel if they treat the whole staff the way they treat the manager and be appreciative of all the Stylists, their buisness will blossom and focus more on the salon, but unfortunately that wont happen so good luck and prayers to whomever wants to work there hopefully you become one of their favorites then they'll look out for you but if not start looking for somewhere else

Scheduled my appointment a week in advance just for them to put me down for 40 mins. Then they managed to make two girls blow dry my hair and one of them was doing a very poor job of it. When trying to correct her the rude manger stepped in. The manger that was present on 11/30/19 was extremely mean and disrespectful. She kept telling my mother and I to just let them do their job that they can’t do anything about my hair. Even though the other lady was doing a fine job. I suggest not going here at all of you want to be treated in a gross manner just because you didn’t like the way your own hair was turning out in a service you paid for. I suggest going to Fabio and Yovannis the staff is much nicer and it’s also set in Weston with the same price range.

Awful MANAGER! Stay AWAY! The manager needs a reality check to stop acting like she’s a salon owner and not an employee. She’s irreversibly damaging the image of the salon. She lacks management and customer service skills. The manager does not know the capabilities of her employees and does not train the appointment schedulers properly. The schedulers made the appointments without asking the right questions and when confronted with these errors instead of correcting them she resorts to mistreat customers. Expend most of her time hanging out in the hallway outside of the store, on her phone and when ask to step in and make use of her poor management skills she is rude even raising her voice and yelling to customers that question the lack of service when the appointment was originally improperly booked.

Extremely friendly staff. Mgr Jodie runs a tight ship and it shows. Clean and organized. They’re always packed but still try & fit you in. Never had a bad experience. Always pleased with my blow-out. A+ service.
