JW Marriott Miami

I stayed 3 nights in one of the suites and everything about the experience was excellent. Checking in and out is a breeze and can be done via their app. Breakfast is nothing to write home about but it is included and though the menu is short, there are options for all palates.

I've never been to Miami prior to this visit and have previously spent two nights in Savannah at the JW Power Plant and I have to commend the Marriott people for their hospitality and friendliness. Specifically, I have to point out an exemplary employee who has been most friendly and courteous to our stay here. His name is Warren J. I wish I had an amazing employee like that in NJ. Thank you for making this experience memorable for me and my fiance!

A great location with great guest accommodations and above expectation amenities. Peloton in the gym. Lovely pool. 2nd floor food service was acceptable and it is so close to many dining options. A very nice place to stay in the business district.

Aside from the constant bang on the door from the adjacent room the hotel was clean and the beds were great to sleep on but after Day 2 i needed them to remove the mattress topper. It was uncomfortable.

My sis and I have had bad hotel experiences (found someone else's hair in bed or stuck to towel) at roughly the last 3 hotels and an AirBnB. So suffice to say we're really wary of hotel stays lately. So it seems ashame that my standards have gotten so low? , but we did NOT find any hair in our hotel during our 2 night stay at this location and that alone made us VERY happy! We checked in at the front desk at 11PM with no issues. We stayed on the 10th floor and although our room was by the elevator, noise was no issue. Our window faced the pool, which is beautiful at night lit by beautiful blue and purple light. The hot water and water pressure were on point. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

To ensure the well-being of its guests, this hotel adheres to a strict schedule. They washed the room every day to keep it tidy and odor-free. The whole atmosphere was captivating.

This hotel is located downtown in the city. We spent our weekends here last week, and the kids love the place. They had a swimming pool and a very ample and nice room. They also cater to private parties, as they have a function and conference rooms available. Their hotel staff was very accommodating and hospitable. Their food is great, too.

Read multiple unfavorable reviews about this hotel before my stay. But I couldn't find none of these during my visit. The building and rooms may be somewhat old, but the hotel is clean, staff friendly and the only con was the $50-per-day parking rate (there's an overnight parking nearby that charges way less).

I'll tell you some thing that travel agents don't want u to know. When booking hotels use ʜᴏᴛᴇʟʙᴜʟʟʏ. ᴄᴏᴍ They've got the best deals on rooms! Way better than using orbitz, priceline, agoda. Take my word for it!

Great place. Elevator requires key card for extra safety. Super nice employees.

Great property right in the heart of Miami but they're not fully back up to speed post-pandemic. The staff who are present are working hard to make everything work.

The hotel was expensive for what they were offering. The location was great, but it took forever to get the valet to bring our car when we checked out early in the morning. Because of that we almost lost our flight.

I have stayed at many many hotels and this was positively the worst stay at any hotel I've been to in the recent past. The first night I waited on hold for over 10 minutes (4 times) to try to reach the front desk. Starting the second day, the phones didn't even work. I went down to the front desk to ask to have this addressed and the front desk lady said someone would be up to fix it within a few hours. It was never addressed or fixed for the rest of the stay. We also asked the front desk for an extra mini fridge. They insured us it would be dropped off by that night. It never came. The glass sliding bathroom door was broken from the moment we checked in and halfway through our stay came crashing off the rails along with the entire support system that was screwed into the ceiling. Big chunks of metal and sheetrock came flying down all over the floor. The shower door didn't shut all the way either. The housekeeping has no idea what it means when the "privacy please" light is on and comes right in regardless of if it's on or off. We finally decided to get out of our room and get some sun by the pool only to be told it was reserved for a private event and we needed to leave. I very understanding and understand when staff is overworked and can't attend to all guests, but this is next level where it didn't even seem the slightest attempt would be made.

A fantastic place to stay! They have a great pool, clean water, good food, and a cold beer. They have a beautiful spa and pleasant employees. I'll return and continue for a longer period of time because I like the view from my room, which leads straight to the swimming pool. The rooms are big, and some of the views are breathtaking. You should not have to be dissatisfied!

My family and I by and large pick this housing for our family move away because of its wonderful customer support! Additionally their energy makes you have a feeling that you are actually at home. We eagerly recommend this housing!

We stayed 4 days 4 rooms and we spend so much money we asked for towels it took them 2 hours to bring them I went to lobby and complain the front desk not nice on April 20th and still took them 20 more minutes to bring the towels to the room. We had plans to go out to eat we cancel it not happy about the service at all

For my niece birthday I surprise here with a facial there at the spa there and she wasn't happy at all
Hotel is very clean and staff are nice
But spa needs improvement

Despite road work and only as a guest of the spa, the front desk went the extra mile to accommodate me with my car for valet. The spa will get its own review. =)

Terribly slow service. Room phones don’t work. Can’t call for room service. When calling the front desk via cell phones and land lines from the room, no one picks up. On day 1 of a 3 day stay. Marriott Bonvoy Elite Gold member here and would not recommend.

The two major aspects for you to pick this hotels are location and price, which are in a good range for Brickell area overall.
Breakfast was good everyday and served on the 2nd floor starting at 7am (little too late for my taste)
The front desk staff was friendly and helpful.
