Kim was very helpful and attentive. There were only 2 homes left to buy and they were both gorgeous!

I dont like the property. Talked to some home owners they have floor problems, mold, flooding problems and more.

DO NOT BUY UNLESS YOU WANT TO SPEND THE NEXT YEAR HAVING TO FIX EVERYTHING OUT OF YOUR OWN POCKET AND CONTINUAL DEAL WITH THEIR JOKE CONTRACTORS. FOUND MOLD WITHIN A WEEK OF MOVING IN! Code enforcement gets complaints every day from home owners. MAJOR SUB FLOOR ISSUES FOR USING CHEAP PRODUCTS DON'T WANT TO FIX IT PROPERLY! Purchasing this is the biggest regret of my life.
