2 I haven't visited this store in THREE years and had refused to ever go back again.until today. Three years ago, a gentleman (if you can call him that) was asked to assist me and was VERY unprofessional and impatient. ALOT of black women and men are very particular about what they put in or on their hair. We can't put anything and everything in it. Customers need someone who's going to be helpful, courteous and patient. HE WAS NOT. I thought if this is the best they have to assist you, I'll take my money elsewhere and did so. I took a chance on going today because they do carry a product that I love and couldn't seem to find elsewhere.
FAST FORWARD: The very young lady that assisted me today was courteous, professional and very patient and I told her and her boss how much I appreciated her. I wished she was there 3 years ago.
As a side note: I was informed upon checkout the gentleman that assisted me 3 years ago has long been fired. Good Riddance!
When I go there to buy my hair for braids Yasssss. Or if I go there to go there I buy shades. Yasssssssss. Must have Shades here in Florida indeed
