K1 Speed reviews
33We had a great time customer service was not too good but at the end they pull it off, is a great place for the family and friends
First time here and my kids liked it. Would come back. Didn’t like that they force you to become and member and make you pay $8. At $22 p/session be prepared to spend some $$$ as both my kids wanted to go twice.
Was there for a10 year old birthday party. We had a great time. Kids drove on the slower track and adults on the faster. The crew was able to slow or stop the cars remotely for safety.
Finally had a first place finish. I usually finish second. Such a fun place that unleashes my competitive side.
Came for a. 34th birthday great time for all around. Lots of fun!
Highly recommend.
Went in for the first time and they make you buy a membership card for $8 making it $30 to race one time. Way over priced and you could tell because we were in there at 9: 00 pm on a Friday and it was dead.
Love this place. It takes my work stress, so i don't have to smash cell phones to the floor. LOL. Great track and Go carts. Give us a couple of extra laps for the money please.
Had my sons 11th birthday party there on 05/05. We had a party of 20 was not bad at all. The staff tried their best every it was very busy the kids had a great time. The manager was very helpful in keeping the races on time. Overall good experience. My son had an awesome time!
Pool table missing cue ball and didnt like how the speed of the karts are controlled by computer
Sunday 4/22 was my first time here and my boyfriend and i enjoyed ourselves, one of the staff member made us feel secure with simple instructions since we were first comers.
Kids love this place. They have separate tracks - one for the smaller kids (they have to be at least 48" to drive) and another for the older kids/adults (58" and up). The staff pays a lot of attention to what is going on and help the little ones get used to the cars etc before sending them out. Overall a very fun experience for kids (of all ages!)
K1 Speed has great high-speed karting, when it works. It’s also a terrible experience with friends.
First, the track-size and layout is very nice. Enough to get you up to high speeds, with corners that make your heart race. Where the experience really falls short is in how the karts are handled. Operators have the ability to decrease and increase your speeds from their consoles. Meaning your friend can be moving much slower than you, simply because the operator didn’t increase your speed to the max. In terms of racing against friends, this is impossible since the tracks run on time, and not on position.
Lastly, the worst thing about K1 (some of the other reviews may agree), my friend races twice along with me and got two karts that we low powered. It’s likely they weren’t fully charged, but what I’m sure of is that they weren’t as fast as the others. So the karts are really a hit or miss. Which is no a good risk for the price.
I wish you would turn on the fans it's 91 degrees outside and there's no fans on in here I was told they are broken all 15 of them.
There are kids in here find other ways to save money
