They worked on my travel trailer with some body damage. The repair work was excellent. I Worked with Chris and he was very knowledgeable about my repairs and was great to work with, he also kept me up to date on the repair status. I would recommend this business.

I just wanted to say thanks, I was in for service yesterday and 3 hours later I was driving away with the repairs all done. Kayden and the team in the office were not only friendly but made sure I was informed about all matters pertaining to my camper. The service it self was done faster than expected and I cant tell you how happy that made me because we are on the road today. I told Kayden if you guys sold T-Shirts I'd have bought one so I could advertise for you. Thanks again for the great service.

I will be completely honest with my experience. They are good at repairs on the coach part of your RV. However their website claims they are experienced with Battleborn smart batteries, and with Victron equipment. Do not allow them to work on your batteries, Victron equipment, generator, solar panels, alternator, inverter, etc. I believe my Victron equipment was the first they ever installed. When they completed the work, I went home, and the Battleborn batteries and Victron equipment was not working properly. I did my research by reading the manuals myself, watching many videos from experienced RV techs, and calling the manufacturers myself to verify what KA rv was telling me. KA rv was wrong. Batteries were not connected in series, the Victron battery monitor was installed wrong, and the Victron DC to DC charger was installed wrong. After 2 return visits, and following my instructions, they finally got it right, except for the Victron DC to DC charger, I finished that myself. If you are not technical, do not allow them to do electrical work. Also double your invoice, as I saw other customers catch mistakes on their invoices.
Now, they will respond and blame me, as they do with all their customers. The professional response should be an apology for having to come back 3 times and double check their work, confess to several mistakes that were made, educated the readers of this that they conducted a postmortem on the install, and attended some training, and are now well equipped to install Battleborn smart batteries and Victron equipment. Keep it professional and don't blame me.

We picked up our 2019 Springdale from the lot today as it did not sell during the consignment period. There was a misunderstanding regarding the termination fee; however, when i expressed my concerns to the owner, he was very responsive and willing to correct the issue. Based on how he handled an unpleasant situation, I would recommend them as a place to purchase, consign or have your RV repaired.

DO NOT COME HERE!
No Communication. Avoid this place!
Good customer service in the beginning, but wanted to pick up my RV for the Thanksgiving weekend before repairs were started. I signed an estimate for an inspection for $218, but when I asked to pick up, they said I had to pay $900 in case I didn't bring my RV back for repairs. Literally holding my RV hostage until I pay them $500 more than what they originally asked me.
DO NOT Come Here.

I was extremely happy with the quality of the work that was completed on my motorhome. They even spent time with me, to make sure that I understood how to use it. Great group of people, delivered on time. 10 stars here. I will be back!

We received a postcard mailer from KA RV and desperately need repairs completed on our damaged 5th wheel. KA RV sent someone to our house to assess the damage very promptly and we started the process of getting the repairs done.

They communicated regularly and waiting patiently as we worked to resolve an insurance issue with a previous repair place - for 5 months. When we finally got the okay and check from the insurance company, KA RV scheduled us and made the repairs very quickly and professionally. We highly recommend this company to anyone. We will use them for any future needs we may have.

Very unhappy with their service over the past year over several visits. They made mistakes and fail to properly own up to it. A VERY frustrating experience.

Updated post after KA's response. My expectation was that you would complete the repairs with quality. It's clear that you installed an axel that didn't properly fit my camper. You attempted to charge me an ADDITIONAL $1,700 to fix YOUR mistake. That is insane. The tires barely had an inch of clearance when they should have had 4-5" per the manufacturer. The tire was even rubbing in the well causing damage after your repair. You gave me tons of excuses, "the camper wasn't level" the "camper was over weight " all not true. You even cut the slideout weather stripping that was rubbing because you said "that shouldn't be there". It should be there! In the future, I hope you listen to your customers and own up to your mistakes.

God speed to you as well!

Chris and his team at KA RV were amazing, from my first phone call, to the visit, to the installation of our awning! They accommodated us according to our schedule, and we are very happy and grateful!
If you’re located within 60 miles of Debary, this is the RV repair shop for you!

FRAUD, LIES, WORST NON-REPAIR, SLOPPY, THEFT

KA RV worked on my RV for over 1 1/2 year, having to repeat the EXACT SAME SIMPLE REPAIRS on the solar panel they installed, the bathroom repair, propane tank repair. Nothing too difficult-but they were LAZY, and they blamed the customer while pointing out their error "on the day of pickup. " To boot, I disconnected the batteries everytime I dropped it off. They "reconnected" the batteries, provided no charge, drained $1600 worth of batteries empty; and were completed unempathetic about the additional cost to their customer to replace the batteries in particular FOR THEIR EXTENDED REPAIR TIME beyond THEIR own date of completion. THEY REPEAT this negligible callous practice without shame. Every dropoff means YOU (THE CUSTOMER) buys new batteries-EVEN IF YOU DISCONNECT THEM. The attached photo was sent to the BBB because they lied and said that I put something other than OEM batteries in my coach, which if you're familiar with Airstream, Lifeline batteries is OEM and nothing else fits. The 2nd pic is, they broke the gauge on the LP tank and then blamed me (on the day of pickup) of sabotage to my own unit. LIES ARE THEIR POLICY.

UPDATE: The proof of KA RV Repair theft and lies is in the pictures provided.

-KA RV said that I sabotaged my own vehicle to accused them of not doing the work-it's ridiculous, even for them.
-KA RV said that I used inferior batteries in my 2017 Airstream Interstate EXT. The problem with that lie is that BECAUSE AIRSTREAM PARTNERED WITH LIFELINE BATTERIES, NO OTHER BATTERY "CAN" FIT IN THE BATTERY STORAGE (they are specifically made for Lifeline batteries ONLY - as seen in the pictures and can be verified by Airstream Inc.

Or, by an RV repair shop who knows what they're doing. But KA RV does not.

-Incompetency is not just being uninformed or too lazy to the work the first time; but IT TOOK KA RV OVER A YEAR AND A HALF to get to complete repairs because EVERY REPAIR HAD TO BE REPEATED. AND YES, they blamed the customer for their failures again.

-Since then, I took my RV to another shop, just a few miles south of them, and they completed the work IN LESS THAN AN HOUR.

They gave me a estimate for a water leak, $5k. Went to the dealership and got it done for $2,100 with a 2 year warranty. They are definitely overpriced.

Thank you again KA RV!

KA provides great service for RVs. They pay attention to details and are also good at communicating with the customer. They work closely with the extended warranty companies and strive to get the best outcome for their customers. If you are in the area, it is the best place to get your RV work done.

We were really happy to find this place! We're new RV owners, only one year since purchase, and have done some minor damage, but mostly wanted an inspection, oil change, and a refresher course in how to use and what to do when we store it when not in use for a while.
KA RV Repair went over our vehicle for three days, serviced the engine and generator, made repairs, but most importantly, the tech, Corey, took us around the vehicle inside and out and explained how it works and the features it has. We asked a ton of questions, Corey was very patient. We learned so much and found out that we weren't doing anything too terrible which was a relief.
The staff all seem to be RV geeks who enjoy what they do and the lot is full of an assortment of RVs that they service.
Although KA RV Repair is in DeBary which is a good bit north of Orlando, the Sunrail commuter train station is only one mile from their location, the train ride costs less than the tolls on SR417, and it is a pleasant walk to the station if necessary.
Two caveats are that: first- they are busy, so you'll have to wait 3 or 4 weeks for an appointment, and second- labor is $140/hour which is a lot, but we have peace of mind which is of course priceless.

We purchased a 2018 Airstream from KA RV. They installed two upgrades; gas stove-top/oven combo and solar power/inverter. The purchase turn around time, workmanship, customer service, and expertise was exceptional. Our family highly recommends KA RV's services.
