Kai & Co. Salon, Key West FL

I have been seeing Erica for over a year for balayage, cuts and blow outs. She does an excellent job and she is very easy going and funny. The salon has a nice ambience. I am very pleased with their services and highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality hair care in the Keys!

Great haircuts, fantastic services, love the atmosphere, nothing but a wonderful experience to leave you feeling more beautiful than when you came in! Great service. It was exactly what I wanted and the girl who did my hair was an artist. The girl next to us also did a fantastic job on her client’s hair. Great place. Talented hands.

Didn't make an appointment. Opening hours stated 10am. Got there at 10: 15 and waited a bit longer but no one came to open the salon.

It takes a lot of trust to go to a salon you’ve never been to 2 DAYS before your wedding, but the owner did an AMAZING job of my hair.

I had a destination wedding in KW, and my hairdresser in DC let me down and left me with serious dark roots.

My hair is really dark, and really stubborn. Usually, it takes hairdressers a few times before they get it right.

This time, I was absolutely desperate to have my hair perfect for the big day and was willing to take a risk.

The owner squeaked me in LAST minute on a weekend, and took hours to get my hair just the right shade of shimmery blonde.

She also put in some rose colored pieces, and added them into my extensions too.

I’ll be honest, I don’t remember what I paid, but whatever it was, totally worth having the look I wanted!

I've been coming to Kai Salon for about a year. They are always friendly, and even when busy, I always feel my time is respected. I see Annaliese and she does fantastic job on my hair. She really knows her stuff. Her color and cut is always 100% on point. My hair has never looked so good or been so long and so healthy! I definitely recommend trying Kai Salon if you are looking for a quality salon in Key West.

When you had a bad hair day and when you come to these salon you will really really had a triple whammy very very bad hair day (Fotos Attached).
First of all I DO NOT RECOMMEND to waste your time and money in these place. As you can see they messed up my scalp. This is not a work of a professional. All of the color is all over my face too and my forehead and if I did not help removed those stains in my skin, they will not be willing to removed it all for once. I mean c'mon a woman's face and skin and forehead should be treated with care and if I did not help removed those stain hair color as if what the? Am just gonna walk out of their salon looking like a whatever human being?
Second, they stained my grandmas sweater that I loved so much and now my grandmas sweater is totally ruined (fotos attached). My grandma is dead and that sweater has a lot of memories for me.
Third, when I get back to my place I look at my forehead and on top I see some kind of skin irritation and I can still feel that chemical they put in my hair. I will wait for a week to see how that skin irritation in my scalp is going.

All in all BEWARE to come to these place. Forget about these place.

Erika did an amazing job with my hair color. My cut is also very nice. If you are looking for the perfect cut and color, go see her!

Kai & Co uses spamming techniques to market their business - think twice before using them. We woke up at 5am to see a note on our website promoting their services. We are located near Sarasota and would have no reason to drive hundreds of miles to their spa. They have probably hired a company to do this for them and it shows they have no regard for where their marketing message lies.

First time here, always a bit scary going someplace new. Great service, Annaliese did a great job with my cut and color. Five stars plus!

I needed my roots done on vacation before a family wedding and didn’t want to fly home to get it colored. I emailed Kai and co my situation and they set me up with an appointment the next week with Annaliese. She was professional, skilled and gave me exactly what i wanted! If I lived down here I would become a regular customer! I’m not exaggerating. She did a partial highlight and toned it and I’m in love

My go to hair salon for the last year and a half. All the girls are friendly, non-judgmental and listen to what you want. They are also excellent at suggesting hair styles and color. I've had Annalise and Erica and they were GREAT!

My first haircut since covid-19 started. I have a short haircut I was stressed about it as you can’t hide or fix a short haircut easily. Ana Lise was awesome! She made me feel me again and gave a the perfect cut, just the way I wanted it. Ask for her, you won’t be disappointed!

Love Love my new do’! I am new to town and chose this place based on reviews. I had Erica as my stylist. I showed her a few photos of styles I loved and she did everything I was looking for! I also equally enjoyed the vibe in the salon too. So stoked to find this place. 11/10 would recommend
