Kane's Furniture - Naples

I've furnished 2 homes from here. I spent over 20 years in the furniture business. I always sold higher end furniture. This place gives you a good bang for your buck! We bought two sets of bedroom furniture which included adjustable bases for our beds. On delivery one of the adjustable bases did not work. We contacted Kanes who then sent out a service tech. He was unable to repair the base and said they would get back with us. Now, weeks later, after i initiated contact, i am being told by Kanes to contact the warranty company for repairs. Be aware of their policy on defective products before your purchase. Defective adjustable bases are not eligible for return, replacement, or refund. I would also recommend potential customers to read reviews before buying. Seems to me they have excessive dissatisfied customers.

We had two chairs delivered December 12,2019. We were excited about the two Avaiator power lift chairs received this date. We have lived in this country after arriving from Europe. We had a nice experience during the purchasing process but the two delivery guy were "the icing on the cake".
Both Reynier Suarex and Tony Garcia did a fantastic job and such a pleasure dealing with them. Bottom line the exceeded all our expectations!

I need to purchase living room, bedroom and kitchen furniture for a very tiny apartment I am moving into. My sales consultant, Robert Zitrick was so helpful in helping my select all the pieces that would fit into small spaces and within my price range. He was very professional, and never tried to over-sell me and recommended pieces that would all work together. The furnishings look great together and it was easy to do “one stop” shopping with him. I highly recommend him to anyone who walks into Kane’s in Naples!

Personnel was friendly and tried to be helpful within the scope of selection available. We were looking for a stand alone chaise, as well as, either an oversized accent chair or a swivel accent chair with some "flair. "

Had an amazing experience at the Naples store with a great salesman named Mike Edwards! He helped me out even with me being so indecisive and difficult!

Fantastic salespeople, large inventory of furniture to choose from and delivery of furniture on time!

Poor response to service. Never told low profile box spring for mattress mattress with box spring up to ceiling then told have to pay 60.00 $$ to deliver a new proveil mattress. When spent thousands there. Would not budge with me (the manager). Do not buy from there! Seriously awful

The two story main entrance is awesome. The furniture displays are well organized and very pleasant to browse through. We found many pieces that we liked and will be back as the prices are very competitive.

WARNING CHEAP PRODUCTS! They will fall apart within a year and a half. These products are no better than the cheap discount stores. My big lots recliner lasted longer than thier product. Not worth the money! We purchased a reclining sectional 17months ago and the sensors to adjust the recliner have already fallen off. Kane's will not fix it. They won't even give me the part number so I can order the pieces and do it my self. Don't waste your time or money.

Please never do business with Kane's Furniture as they do not accept or sell furniture on approval and they do not take returns once the item is delivered to your house it belongs to you the worst company I've ever had to deal with I definitely will never do business with them again! NEVER EVER AGAIN!

Mike was a great sales person. He really listened to what we wanted and found the best way to accommodate us. The only issue is that one of our items went on back order and we are still waiting for it to be delivered. All of the products are of great quality.

Purchased my living room furniture from Karen at Kane's furniture. Karen was so helpful with my wife and I. She spent so much time giving us different ideas as well as going over measurements to be sure everything would fit in our condo. Great help thank you Karen!

Mattresses was delivered on time by polite delivery staff
My sales man was excellent with helping me pick out the right mattress for me.

Salesman just left us when we didn't show much interest in the sofabed even though we needed to look at tables and bed room firniture. The store was empty except for us. So rude. If I could give it zero stars I would. Will take our business elsewhere.

We purchased from this store on June 23,2018. Our experience was exceptionally pleasant due to the sales person, Allen Kipnis. He is knowledgeable, pleasant and most accommodating. We did not feel any pressure from him, which was great. When you visit the store, ask for Allen. You'll be in good hands.

Very happy with the store experience, but the shipping and drop off were terrible. Missed their window with no notification or call saying they were behind. After both deliveries I had to go our and clean the driveway and the road in front of our house as the delivery people left foam, wrapping, and other materials on the ground. This included plastic bags from the hardware as well.

If I could give Michael DeVolder a "10+", I would. His professionalism, expertise, patience, and understanding are just a few of his traits of salesmanship! From when we entered until we left to when we changed our order the next day because of a change of color, he was with us offering us any option that would accommodate us! He is truly an asset not only to Kane's Furniture but to the epitome of what a salesman should be! We are anxiously awaiting our delivery!
