Beautiful furniture. Jay was an outstanding sales person letting us make our decisions privately. Highly recommend both Kane’s and ask for Jay.

As soon as we walked in the door Sean was there ready to help with a smile (you could see it even though he is wearing a mask).
Sean listened to what we said we wanted instead of selling us what he thought we needed. His explanations of everything were thorough and we had a great conversation!
We found the perfect couch in terms of quality, price, and style for our family with Sean’s guidance. We were able to make our purchase the same day. I highly recommend Kane’s Furniture in Brandon and most definitely suggest asking for Sean McCarthy.

Sales person Jay was friendly and helpful. Four stars only because many items were out of stock and on back order—-as is case with many stores.

I really enjoyed my experience with Gabriel, who really went out of her way to help me because my husband hates shopping for furniture. She was very helpful in the Brandon store and went as far as moving and end table by herself, all the way across the store to let me see if it matched an entertainment center. She was very patient and never got upset. It meant alot.

Purchased leather sofa and it is good. Item arrived with headrest light not working and it got fixed.

She was professional, followed up with me to make sure all was well with my deliveries and was warm and friendly to deal with, I can highly recommend her and Kane’s!

I worked with Ann (sales) it was a fantastic experience. She was very attentive and fun. The living room looks fantastic and comfortable.

My wife and I bought our dining room set here. We found it very affordable after looking at several other stores. The staff was very helpful and did not complain when the kids had to try out all the furniture. When picking up the table and chairs, the staff was also very nice. Thank you for the experience.

Customers service from Trisha was great today, I called Hillsbough location and they didn’t even want to send a service guy. Long store short I booked a date for repair no one ever came, Trisha today booked a new date and handled all my concerns great. I will re-review when the work is done.

My boyfriend and I recently made a purchase here at Kane's and we had the best experience. We dealt with Gabrielle who made purchasing a breeze and as well as being very personable. She was not pushy in any way, not out to make a sale just for the commission, but to make sure we would be totally happy with our purchase. We have even referred family over to her, some of whom purchased as well. Ask for Gabrielle if you ever purchase here! Thanks again Gabby!

Janet sold us a chest and during the process she was 1) filling out paperwork for another customer and 2) did NOT mention that the item was on back order. It's been close to a month and we still haven't received the furniture. I don't have anything against the store or other sales associates, but Janet flat out lied!

Me and a friend went to look around and felt like we were being followed the whole time, very uncomfortable. Wasn't sure if we would return and we haven't been back.

Have bought several items here with good results. Bought a $280 item yesterday and delivery to Sun City is $120! Think I need to shop around!

I was treated well and given every opportunity to save money on my purchase. They had exactly what I was looking for and agreed to deliver when I wanted. Couldn't ask for a more positive situation

This place is overpriced the customer service absolutely sucks I went in 30 minutes till close and got promised things they couldn't actually do so wasted my time 2 days in a row so that on the 2 day get discriminated by Anna The Acceptance associate not to mention a little over 6 months ago I went in and purchased $3000 on a sofa and a dining set never will I ever go to this store again I do not recommend expensive cheap wood because that's what they sell just Bedazzled.

Nice stuff. A bit overpriced. I decided not to go with a couch I loved there after I read thousands of complaints about them not honoring the warranty they sell you extra for. Complaints listed at the consumer affairs website.
