I was so rudely hung up on by settlement personnel Evelyn Santos. She hung up on me because I became aggravated when she refused to answer questions at her pay grade not questions she should have redirected to the handling attorney. I called back and explained that I was a very upset client and was treated horribly by Evelyn Santos. The attorney refused to accept my call, attorney Joseph Randell. They had already set up a conference call assuming i was available at a time not discussed. As if I was not a priority client. Attorney Randell has displayed a lack of good client relations by cutting me off in multiple conversations I have had with him.my experiences with this firm is they lack patience with the client. And do not like to be fully transparent.
