incompetence staff is the worst I have ever felt with front desk staff laughed at me when I told them my mom has had a broken hand for 2 wks and I had to go through hell to get here and than they said they did t have her on the schedule. I had to go to primary care to get the referral than I called and made the appt. For my 82 yrsold mother. Her broken hand didnt matter to them than they had the balls to ask me well who made your appt? Which girl? SERIOUSLY! I told them I didnt get her name, date of birth or her social I didnt know I had to document my appt with the federal government. Besides it was disgusting there must have been 100 people in there like heards of cattle, and that was exactly how you are treated. Anyway dont go here and get disrespected and than laughed at! Stay far away from this godforsaken place!
Overbooked patients, crowded lobby, rude front desk receptionist. Worse customer service.
He took care of both my thumbs that were very painful with arthritis. He did surgery on both thumbs and straightened one of my fingers. I will go back have two more of my fingers straightened.
