Karl N Flagg Serenity held the service for my father. It was a beautiful service. Everything that the staff did was professional, kind, and exactly how they said that it would be. Pastor Flagg prepared my father's body and he did a great job. I would like to thank Pastor Flagg and the rest of his staff for the wonderful job they did with my father's service.

Listen this man took my sister and myself under his wings as we prepared to lay my mom to rest. I mean we felt no pressure all love. Our mom was laid/slayed tooooooo the GODS. She was absolutely gorgeous and not to mention he did every single detail we wanted down to polishing her fingernails and toes with that one accent nail she loved. We requested to have her make up done a certain way and provided a photo of the hair style we wanted and let me tell y’all they nailed it. Also sprayed her perfume on all her special spots aka the inner thighs yup sure did. Ooo yea and she had her spanx on. My mother and the service was perfect. What I loved myself was Mr. Flagg himself handled everything with the help of his daughters and staff but the fact he was present at every single step of the planning. Had the pleasure of having Flagg serenity do my mothers funeral, and they were very professional. Mr. Flagg even prayed for and with my family before the service, that was the best part apart their service. They did an amazing job setting up flowers, pictures and my mothers urn. Went above and beyond mine and my father’s expectations. The funeral service was beyond amazing thanks to them. I would definitely recommend and suggest you use them.

My family and I will always be grateful for what Rev. Flagg did for our family when it came to putting not just one but THREE of our family members to rest in the most graceful of ways. Out of all the funeral homes my mother called, his was the only funeral home to receive our beloved Great grandmother when she passed on Christmas Day. Some months later our Grandmother also passed and he gave her cremation and memorial service the same class and decorum as he did with her mother's burial. Rev Flagg was also extremely helpful when my mother suddenly passed 18 months later. I will ALWAYS talk in high regard because they helped us when no one else would when it came to taking our loved ones home.
