Jennifer was amazing getting us scheduled. Grandson was coming to visit…the bathroom exhaust switch cover broke exposing wires. We were scheduled for 2 days but when I mentioned the grandson visiting she managed to send Joe so the repair was made. Joe was great as well! Very happy!

I was very impressed with Joe Redinger’s work. He was extremely knowledgeable, fair, professional, efficient and polite—even took off his boots when he came in the door without my asking. While working, he answered the many questions I had about wiring various items around my home. He easily fixed the wiring issue and installed a new fan which was missing some very specific screws (I had previously misplaced in attempting to install it myself). What could have been a disaster, was no problem for Joe. He had the necessary parts in his truck and he fixed the dimmer switch so it functioned properly with the remote and switch. Ten out of ten would recommend!

I ordered a whole home generator in March 2021. Was told 3 month lead time. Paid $5k deposit up front. When I called in July was told my generator was in stock and ready for install once the permit cleared. As of the time of this writing (Oct 2021) I have no idea what is going on. The permit office states the company has been non-responsive since August 2021 (so 2 months). I don't often write reviews, but this company should not be used. It was my understanding they had a good reputation, but this experience cannot be ignored. A simple call or text could have cleared this up. At this point, it has been 7 months, I have paid over $5000, and have no idea when my generator will be installed. This is not an experience any consumer should have. Find another company.

I had a great experience with Kasper! When I called to make the appointment the office staff was super kind. The day of my appointment the technician Jimmy showed up right on time. He changed my dining room chandelier, took down a kitchen light fixture, switched out a bedroom fan, changed 4 light bulbs on a high ceiling, and put a bulb in the laundry room fixture in only two and a half hours. He was friendly, kind, knowledgeable, and professional. He made helpful suggestions about bulbs and a dimmer switch for my dining room. I would definitely recommend you use Kasper for your electrical needs. Thank you:)

Back to normal. Kevin G.was efficient, professional and clear. The problem was a simple one, but I hadn't been able to fix it on my own and was delighted to have it taken care of quickly, pleasantly and at the time expected. (So many "service" companies and personnel are not that way that it is truly refreshing to find one that is!)

This was one of the best, if not the best services engagement I've had in a long time. I booked the appointment a week in advance so I could have my Tesla 220 amp charger installed. Steve, the electrician showed up exactly when they said he would. He was gracious, patient and understanding right from the start. Steve did a wonderful job installing the hookup for our generator. He was efficient and knowledgeable. When he was finished, he thoroughly explained the process for connecting/disconnecting the generator and made sure we felt comfortable. Well I've never experienced this before. The technician actually talked me out of using Kasper. I asked them to come out because of a voltage problem on my thermostat. The technician called me to discuss the issue and told me they weren't the right people to help. He could verify the voltage problem but he said he wouldn't be able to help with the thermostat, I needed an A/C company. He offered to come out but he said the A/C company could diagnose and repair.in one trip. So the technician saved me his cost and directed me to the right people for the problem. This is an amazing display of professionalism and customer service. I know if I need any electrical in the future I'll be using Kasper. I'll also be telling this story to all my friends.

This was my first time using Kasper Electrical. Michele gave me an estimate over the phone and it turned out to be accurate and exact. I appreciate the honesty and follow through- no unreasonable add ons- after the fact. Kasper is now in my contact list and thanks to Kevin they will be my “go to” for any electrical issues from now on. Kevin was right on time. He was professional and responsive and sweet. The circumstances on my job called for some critical thinking and improvisation, before coming, and he was successful in both aspects! He knew what he was doing and seemed intent on doing it well. It was a great experience and I was truly satisfied.

He was honest, and guided me through a situation. I just called them back again yesterday and again Bill did not let me down. I bought an old bungalow a year ago and have had Kasper do all of my electrical wiring to upgrade the place built in 1956. They have been nothing but professional and have done such a nice job in my home. They take great pride in their work and have wonderful customer service. I would highly recommend them.
