I can only speak to my experience with the store after two visits looking for a present. The staff was very friendly and helped quite a bit with finding what I needed and helped with the whole checkout process making it easy enough to find what I needed even though I wasn't sure where to start. Would definitely go back and shop during one of their sales and check out what they have.

Was going to purchase those cute earrings my daughter had purchased. And they are unavailable online. Upon entering the store I was completely looked over for the white females i held the door open for. To only over hear them get explained of the special of the day SO WHAT do I look like I wasn't shopping

Such a large selection. The staff were able to keep everything organized.every customer greeted and given the days promos. Should be especially noted as the store was packed with customers.

Amazing products and customer service. The workers literally helped my girlfriend find the purse that matched her outfit. They also helped me find a purse to give as a gift to my mom. They even explained which purses were the most recently released from the main store.

Im leaving 1 star because if this store wants to sell they have to have customer service and as soon as i walked in the person in front did not greet us so when we asked a question she looked diagusted by me and answered not wanting to answer. As im looking through the store the cashier said she doesnt like brazilians. And at that point i decided to leave everything in my hands and leave. You guys just lost a $500 purchase from a brazilian you dont like.

This location didn't have much to choose from. Which was great for my wallet, but bad for my new wardrobe.

The Store Manager Matt provided the best customer service that I have ever experienced when going through the process of returning the bag I purchased (shipping back to Orlando from where I live in Canada).
