Our kids wanted sushi. Stumbled upon this take out service restaurant. Food was just ok. We had vegetable sushi, children's portion of teriyaki chicken and two noodle bowls. Kids meal was by far the best value with drink and cookie included. Vegetables were stone cold as was the plated rice in the kids meal. Chicken was tasty and reasonable portion. Noodle bowls were hot. The best part of this take out spot is the setting/location - it is hidden up some stairs and was shaded and QUIET despite crowds everywhere. A real treat to enjoy some down time. I would come again just for the break and to enjoy the moment, but next time may complain about the cold food.

This was hands down the most disgusting meal I have had in a long time! I ordered the chicken teriyaki and it tasted like wet dog food. It looked like a frozen TV dinner was reheated and handed to me for $13. I took 2 bites and could not continue.

YUCK! Food is terrible, chicken taste like its old and was frozen for weeks. Beef is not good also. Do not waste your money here.

My mother and I went here for a quick dinner and ended up throwing our food out it was so disgusting. We both ordered the shrimp and chicken teriyaki and the food smelled spoiled. We were disgusted. The salads were drenched in dressing, so much that they were inedible. It was disappointing to basically throw $50 in the trash can and then have to go search for another place to eat.

I thought this would be a good choice for us because we loved the menu selections and the menu offered gluten free selections. When I told them about my gluten allergy I was told that even if I ordered somthing listed in the menu as gluten free, nothing they served would be safe for me because of cross contamination. The person taking the order didn't provide any suggestions and the only choices offered were edamame and rice. I was able to get Gluten free soy sauce for my rice but I had to ask another server for it when my family's order was ready.
Almost all other Disney restaurants - quick service and sit down - have been great and accommodating for my allergy. In spite of having clearly labeled GF choices, I wasn't given any choices except two a la carte items from a surly waitstaff.
My family said their meals were "meh" and had a lot of corn starch in the sauces.
Do not recommend.

The food was ok. Nothing special. Very basic. It was hot in there, though. I'm not sure if the air was on the fritz or if it doesn't have any. Sat outside as there was plenty of seating and the atmosphere was really nice.

I was surprised by the generous portions (rare to see inside a Disney park, even with the elevated prices). Everything was above average when it comes to this style food. I was expecting below average being inside the park. Exceeded expectations.

Wow for a Disney restaurant I was shocked at the quality of food we received. I paid 16.00$ for a little pile of shredded roast that was flavorless and a piece of preformed chicken in some basic teriyaki sauce that really had bite like other sauces tend to have. Totally blown away with the price gouging vs the food quality makes no sense I even asked the people behind the counter and they confirmed that was the plate maybe put a fan in there for your employees as they seemed overheated hot and irritated. I Left here feeling baited and switched, and very unhappy. This really put a dent into my daily travels around Epcot it was that shocking. Tourists and other travelers avoid this place at all cost! Rip off all the way around

There are much, much better places to eat in EPCOT and I highly recommend skipping this one. The teriyaki plates are boiled plain chicken or shrimp with a few squirts of sauce before serving with a side of basic rice and steamed veggies. The food was not authentic and not good in the slightest. My friends who got the sushi didn't finished their plates either so I'm guessing the sushi isn't very good either.

Zero Stars.
This restaurant is actually a fast food place where you order the food on a counter, pay for it, they put the food on a disposable plate and you find your own table, just like they do at MacDonald’s, only that the food here is a lot worst and you pay a lot more money.
They don’t serve Japanese food; they serve cheap garbage food.
We ordered Chicken and Shrimp Teriyaki.
The plate consisted of 4 frozen shrimp, some frozen flat chicken pieces, steamed Uncle Bens rice, frozen mixed vegetables like the ones you would buy in a bad grocery store (broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, etc.) and lots of Teriyaki sauce also like the one you would buy in a bottle in your grocery store, all we could taste was the bottled salty teriyaki sauce.
This was the worst meal we had in a long time, maybe ever.
I approached an oriental lady that seemed to be a manager or supervisor to complain about the food, I asked her if that was the type of food they serve in Japan, she rudely just told me that she didn’t know what they do in the kitchen.
These International Pavilions are supposed to be operated by citizens of their countries so that visitors of Epcot can experience their true culture. I wonder if Disney management knows about this place.
Don’t waste your money here, Katsura Grill gives Disney and Japanese food a bad name.

This is a crime against humanity and the people of Japan. That chicken shrimp teriyaki was disgusting. Go to any other place at Epcot. Crepes in France, literally anything

There are better places to eat at Disney.much better - but for some reason I keep coming back here. I think its the location. So, if you need a place to relax out of sight from the masses and in a relatively serene outdoor setting, this is your place - just don't expect amazing food. Indoor seating also available. Counter service. Not particularly friendly. Think mall food court in terms of quality and service and you get the idea.

This restaurant does not match the quality standards neither of Disney nor of Japan at all. I am writing this to warn you to not waste your money. I can not remember when I have eaten so poorly. The food tastes like bad microwave food but costs a lot.
Skip this restaurant and try something else at the world show case

Katsura Grill is a quick service Japanese location in the Japan Pavilion of EPCOT’s World Showcase. The outside and inside of the restaurant were beautifully decorated and is a pleasure to look at. The service was very nice, and is even willing to bring food to tables.

The food at this restaurant has exceeded my expectations. I got the spicy roll, and the sushi was at the right temperature for me. The teriyaki bowls were very flavorful and delicious. Was a very enjoyable meal for the whole party. Overall, is better than any quick service location in EPCOT. Would recommend this place to anyone.

I went to Epcot during the food and wine festival and this was better than every festival stall I tried. The purple sake drink was phenomenal. Great sushi and a variety of foods to try there. If you haven't been check it out. Dining outside was worth it, even with all the heat and humidity it's hard to beat the great atmosphere in the outdoor dining area

The food here tasted like school cafeteria food. Terrible choice during a fun day at Epcot. The shrimp tempura udon was made of THICK, bland noodles in cold broth. The two pieces of shrimp were the only edible things in the meal. We were starving and threw out most of our food.
