Kava Cove Lounge, Winter Park FL

Their drink called the Kapow is just like it sounds, really strong! Strongest Kratom brew that I've found in central Florida.

First time trying Kava, very relaxing vibe deserving of the “Cove” name. Cozy, welcoming vibe, cool people too

Chill low-key vibe with reasonably priced drinks and comfortable seating. A great place to go for your kava or kratom fix, or learn more about drinking them. They are cool about folks bringing in their own food as they only sell snacks. The parking is a bit weird; park in front the first time (most direct) but explore the back exit through the hallway that leads to additional parking in the rear of the building. Rear parking is more readily available once you know the path through the hallway.

Best kava bar in Central Florida. The staff goes above and beyond for their customers. The drinks are strong and very fairly priced. There are a ton of fun weekly events to attend such as open-mic, game nights, movie nights, potlucks, kava pong and more! Great place to meet new people, study, work, and relax. I highly recommend checking this place out!

I’ve been enjoying Kava Cove’s beverages, atmosphere, and team for the past four years. Love this place

The staff is very cliquey they have their favorites and serve them first avoiding eye contacts with certain people. Asked for two bags of chips which took 9minutes and then the tender gives me just one bag. Drinks are good price and I agree with others this is could be a good study spot but the staff is ny conscious of that. It's more like an all day nightclub or mid 20s age pool hall.

Cleanliness issues but worst of all is this chain-smoker girl that sits in the front everyday that I've been there. Often she's not even smokin just keeps one burning, I'm allergic so it has led me elsewhere often. Other problem is music is too loud for studying, unless it's just the very thin girl who play reasonable relaxing music. The others all play loud bass heavy music making it not the best place for thinking and studying.

Drinks are limited. Staff is rude. They are hanging up behind the bar and don't acknowledge the customers even after u call their attention

The 4 stars is for the environment. Their open mic night is a vibe and they have a really nice pool table which I enjoy.

It’s a great alternative to bars if you’re wanting a night out. This is a lovely chill spot with plenty of options for whatever mood you want to be in. The service is friendly, the kava is delicious. If you’ve wondered about alcohol alternatives this is a great spot to try something new, ask questions they are very informative and give great suggestions.

Since the very first time I visited, I have only good things to say about the community and experience here!
Comfortable, lowkey and welcoming spot for anyone looking to get some natural and healthy kava/kratom drinks. My favorite: Green Kratom served cold with raspberry flavors. They also Frequently host events such as open mic and movie days.
So happy this spot exists for Orlando community!

Rating is personal experience based.
- Placement is odd in a strip of store.
- Saw a child (less than 8 yrs old) asleep on a chair.
- Open Mic.definitely genre specific (also realized this upon walking in)

Very chill environment, the staff is super friendly definitely a place you would want to visit to unwind and relax for a bit. Pool table is awesome and they also have some board games and card games as well. Highly recommend coming here

Best place to relax and chill and their quality kartom/kava drinks are phenomenal. Recommend coming for happy hour pricing 4-7pm 25% off every day they have movie night on Thursdays too & been coming here for 3 years and counting! Kat is superb!
